In my university, Mathematics and Biology departments are in the same building and it's hilarious.
You have us, the math students suffering through lecture after lecture and shitty professors who hate us just because.
And then there's the bio students who are like "No yeah we just finished a really cool lab, now we'll go on a nice field trip to look for lizards, then our prof's gonna take us out for drinks"

self care isn't just face masks and bubble baths, it's also doing your assignment in advance so you won't pull an all nighter before the deadline, cooking at home instead of ordering out; discipline is an act of self love and care

I think it may have been my last meeting with my phsycologist today. She's honestly helped me alot, I think I'll miss our sessions. But there's always next year, I suppose. It's only a few months. Plus there's a strong chance I'll see her in 3 weeks, after the exam season is over.
I didn't get any studying done. I was supposed to go to the library and spend the day there but I didn't get my laptop's charger with me, and the laptop was already on 30%, so I just got home.
I did finally go to the town centre to get my university books (I'm so late, I know, the deadline ends tommorow) and I also did look for a laptop sleeve. My neighbor also got to joined me, we also browsed a makeup store together. She ended up buying a hairpin she had been looking for.
I could've been more productive. I just sat on my phone all day, I didn't even eat luch, although I did buy tunaa and letuce from the grocery store with the intention of making a salad. Nor did I hang the washed clothes out to dry. I didn't do anything other than play dumb games on my phone and binge-watch commentary youtube.
I guess that's alright. At least I have made a plan for tomorow. But my head hurts and I feel so bad for not doing anything.
Tomorow is going to be better, I promise that to myself
