Hello! and thank you for reading my content! My name is Angel, and this is my lore book for my Creepypasta AU. You'll notice that your beloved characters and their motivations are a bit different from stereotypical behaviors linked to these characters. As an avid lover of horror, and with the knowledge that the majority of the original creators of these characters were quite young and didn't quite know how these disorders work, I intend to make these horror characters actual, well...horror characters. Accurate, Scary, and Insane. Using the base idea of them living in a mansion together (and additional idea of cabins), I hope that bit is nostalgic enough for you fans. Any information used is from clinics, creditable websites, and/or doctors that specialize in a psychology or psychiatry field. Sexual Assault Scenarios: I refuse to create any stories with a scenario romanticizing sexual assault, even if you ask. I physically cannot write anything like that even in the context of fiction. Do not request this.

The Slender Forest is a dark, almost dead location typically concealed in the heart of a pre-existing forest. The air is denser, there is significantly more fog and it is the main ground most inhuman creatures reside. There are no animals found living except for crows and vultures.
This is where Slender Mansion and Slender's Cabins are located.
Literally no one steps foot here...unless they're some stupid ghost hunter, or the police...because they're finding missing ghost hunters. Or drunk college kids...or those homeless hitchhikers. Sucks to be them, huh?

The Slender Mansion is an old, dark and stable building. Within the building consists of about 60 rooms and counting, the building is never consistent and there isn't an exact number of proxies that reside within it, as the number could increase or decrease. The rooms are tailored to the Proxies liking, either by them decorating it by hand or an old tenant ghost of the mansion everyone nicknames "Greg"...some say he was the last human owner of the mansion from the 1800s, but no one really knows since he never talks.
The mansion appears old and run down on the outside, however on the inside it is clean and habitable. No rot or decay, Slender hates the decomposing. It makes all of his living proxies sick and unable to perform to the best of their abilities...he can't have that.

The Slender Cabin's are the branch residency for the Slender Mansion. The Cabin's typically house more dangerous Proxies, Emergency Shelters, or Proxies in Training. The Cabins can also be a temporary place holder for Proxies with mission restrictions or probation. More animalistic like proxies (Such as The Rake) are not housed, and therefore only roam the surrounding Cabins, which can make them an obstacle for the Proxies.

The Proxies of Slenderman represent the entirety of all creatures that live under his Mansion and Cabins roofs. It is the only role as Slenderman cares nothing of jobs but of skill. In his mind, a human could prove to better carry out missions than a demon, although demons are stronger. There is no higher or lower roles, as everyone has their own skills to bring to the table. Typically seen with the marking above (Located typically on their wrist, neck, chest, or back), Proxies vary based on personal killing style and motive. Some may have less empathy than others.

The human proxies under Slenderman that are actual living, breathing humans. These proxies are sociopathic or psychopathic serial killers typically with the motivation to kill just because they want to, for an internal goal, or to satisfy Slenderman. Typically although they are human, they have been given enhanced traits to surpass the typical human, but they have no technical "power". Although they're deadly, these are the weakest species and are capable of dying to the same methods that could kill any normal human.

The undead proxies consist of undead humans, ghosts, spirits, and anything not in the classification of the living and not quite a demon. These proxies are various in their goals, but similar to human proxies they'll have a goal as their motivation for killing. Not all of these proxies kill, typically only torture or toy with the living. They are the second lowest species in the mansion but significantly more powerful than humans.

Demon proxies are typically just creatures that have walked the earth far too long and have grown bored of standardized killing and torture. With intention to be apart of something, these creatures join Slenderman's Proxies to have more than some long internalized goal that they've had for so long. Of course, every demon is different, so not all of them join for this reason. Demon's are the second highest species and are significantly stronger than Humans and the Undead.

Slenderman, or his alternative name: The operator, is the founder and leader of the proxies. For many millennia, the Eldritch typically resorted to just killing off anything in his territory. But decades passed, the creature found solace in quiet, peace, and knowledge. Slenderman found potential in his Proxies, taking them under his wing and teaching them millennia's of techniques and the art of violence. He is the most powerful creature in this hierarchy.

Since the proxies live rather modernly, a source of income was needed. Connected to CEO's of banks, enterprises, and any popular company with a competitor, Slenderman has ties with a human from an associated company and has his proxies carry out tasks to achieve the money. These tasks are called 'Missions', which he only allows a select few to carryout. Money, typically paid in $500,000 to well over 1M dollars, is then funneled into a secondary account that cannot be traced and then put into an account not connected to human economy.

Proxy Humans depend upon half of the income for food, necessities, and medical supplies. Any other species uses the money left over for clothing, decor, etc. Any money left over from that is saved for emergencies. The other half goes towards water, electrical, trash, internet, and car bills. They might kill people, but they're not getting hunted by the IRS, such civil members of society. A society they terrorize and...well hunt for a living. But hey! Think of it as balance.
