Fuel the Fire One Week Challenge Day #7: favorite things about addicted series

Favorite things about the Addicted series? Wow, where to begin? I love that I love all of the characters for who they are as an individual, but when you put them together, they create this awesome dynamic. The scenes where the 6 of them are together? I don’t know how KB manage that and so flawlessly, those scenes are so amazing! I love the feeling of family I get from this group. This series is so special to my heart, and no other series will even compare for me. KB has such an amazing talent for writing that I can actually “see” scenes playing out in my mind. When we finally have the epilogue book in our hands, and know that the Addicted series has come to a close, I will be happy knowing that I will revisit these wonderful characters over and over in my rereads.

Fuel the Fire One Week Challenge Day #6: favorite otp scene

For this challenge I had to go to the series as a whole, and not just FtF. My OTP is totally Lily and Lo. I’ve been #LiLo since the beginning, and they have been through so much, they deserve rooting for. My favorite OTP scene is hard to pin down. There are just so so many, so I will have to just go with one of the many. 

**SPOILERS***

The end of Addicted After All. The growth of the group as a whole, but for Lily and Lo, it was epic.

Fuel the Fire One Week Challenge Day #5: favorite male character & their strengths

All the main male characters are so unique and definitely have their strengths and weaknesses. And I love them all, so it was very difficult choosing just one as my favorite. I mean, Lo- Lo was my first love in the series. Lo has a big piece of my heart. And then we got to be in Connor’s head in KtS, so of course he “dominated” his was into my heart as well...Finally, in HF we got to see the real Ryke. The caring, selfless, loyal, wonderfully protective man that he is. While all of the Addicted men will always be my top book boyfriends (lol) Ryke is who I’d want to be by my side. And his love for Daisy! He’s loved that girl for so long, and I cannot wait to see them get their HEA...*fingers crossed, but I don’t really need to cross fingers, Ryke and Daisy deserve their HEA, and I have no doubt they will get it.

Fuel the Fire One Week Challenge Day #4: favorite location

Although we’ve seen some exciting places with the Addicted gang, when I read the Day 4 Challenge I immediately was transported to the beautifully bittersweet ending of Fuel the Fire. So, my favorite location is Rose and Connor’s house. The big 10 bedroom estate. More specific, the living room. 

“Is it quiet in here to you?” I ask

“No, darling,” he says.

“What do you hear?”

....And then Connor proceeds to tell Rose that he hears the noises he imagines from years to come with a house full of children. Gah! THIS MOMENT KILLED ME! It was so super beautiful and I had to read the last few paragraphs with tears in my eyes. 

(This edit and challenge took me forever because I was sure I could never do their living room justice)

Lily Calloway. Although I absolutely adore all 6 of the main core characters, I’d have to say that Lily will always hold a special place in my heart, We started this journey with Lily, and we wouldn’t be where we were without her. Lily’s strenths? She’s loyal, she’s loving, she’s goofy, and she’s so so so sweet. And she has no idea how important she is to the people who love her.

Day #1: favorite scene

I don’t know if I could pick a favorite scene from FtF. The whole book was just epic, pure gold. I did love the scene in the closet when the line “I’m tragically in love with you” was spoken. I couldn’t see straight through my tears, and I think that was when I was reminded that I was indeed, tragically in love with this series.
