im going to fast until friday, do 10k steps minimum on both and do skipping rope for 30 mins both aswell
Breakfast (110 cal): 55g tomato, 1 egg, salt, lemon juice
Lunch (145 cal): 50 g mini peppers, 70g mini cucumber, 35g carrot sticks, 30 g tomatoes, 10 g olives, 1 egg
Dinner (210 cal): chopped salad, 60g salmon (air fried, no oil)
Meal prep done! I weigh and preportion everything into meal prep containers so I can create recipes in my tracking app. It makes logging way easier. Also has the side benefit of making my fridge look full, so I don’t have to answer questions when people come around.
