Mmm, kinda on the fence about it now. I don’t love it as much as I use to probably because fighting started happening and with me having been an influential figure I felt responsible for it. Other people have done much better stuff with the ship than me anyway.

Clarification: My old art of Perirep leaned very hard into the Yaoi stereotypes, which was my intention. To be this kind of unapologetically gay and messy, but it ended up warping other’s portrayal of their characters so badly that it bled into other fanworks, and people started complaining about it. Also probably wasn’t the most entirely appropriate thing to have in a fandom like that. Now I just see it as embarrassing. Though, I see everything as just an embarrassment now.
