The Stained Glass Narsil journey continues. To those who have been following along, today the shadow box came in! I am thinking of putting black velvet on the inside, painting the outside to look like marble, and then wrapping metal vines with small, delicate stained glass flowers around the case...

But I would love other ideas, too!

“Portrait of a Druid’s Apprentice”

Pretty self indulgent little piece - I’m a sucker for mysterious floating orbs and murky mossy greenery. It’s been a while since I’ve been so happy with how something turned out, I really like this little guy. Faeries wearing cloaks of moss/lichens is a theme I’ll probably revisit on and off, I’m jealous I can’t wear plants as clothing.
