I cant believe i let myself gain all the weight back and more. I was going through a binge period for almost a year and i’m finally out of it and back on track. I’ve lost a stone in 2 weeks which i know will slow down but i feel like i have things under control now finally. I just want to hurry to get back to my lw now

Are you not embarrassed? Are you not disgusted that the biggest of your clothes are the only thing you can wear right now ? Are you not disappointed in yourself? I’m backkkkk!! Had a bit of a stress, started to stress binge and gained a bunch of weight back which made me feel shit and so i would binge more. Finally started restricting (Well limiting to 1200 for now) at the start of the week and now i feel gross for letting myself get that bad again😭
