I love cry of fear as much as postal maybe even more, but holy shit this game is ASS. Like the game is carried by its deep lore, atmosphere and soundtrack because technically this shit is held together with duct tape and prayers. The fact that it’s running on the fuckin GoldSrc engine makes it feel like Andreas personally wants me to suffer alongside Simon. And AoM……..Somehow that shit feels even more busted despite being on the same engine. Every ladder, hitbox and enemy encounter feels like the game is actively trying to gaslight you into insanity. I genuinely hope Andreas’ new game ends up balanced and actually playable because playing cry of fear lowkey damaged my psyche with how crooked and janky it is. But at the same time… respect to Andreas for making me experience Simon’s mental suffering firsthand

You know I’ve been thinking about a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Postal crossover for a while now. I really love both games and honestly I feel like Dude would fit into the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe surprisingly well. I’ve wanted to draw him as a stalker for ages but I can’t really decide which faction would suit him best. Ideally, he’d probably just be a loner — hostile to basically everyone, barely surviving in the Zone while his delusions slowly start becoming real. That honestly feels the most in-character for him. But at the same time I think Monolith could weirdly fit too. I mean everyone there is just as insane as he is, and at least he wouldn’t have to rot away completely alone somewhere in the Zone.
