He smiled as he was helped up, trying to stay steady on his legs. It was easier with Lysandre there. “Yes. Now I’m the one who has to lean down to kiss you.” He giggled a bit, his little tail wagging happily.
"Indeed" He said with a chuckle "It’s good to know that it’s still you, even with Xerneas parts, because I’m sure the full Xerneas wouldn’t be happy to see me. At all"
He sighed a bit. “Yes well, I’m really fighting off an urge to butt you in the face right now.”
"Well, keep fighting it, I'm not as strong as I seem to be..." He backed up some steps "Now, let see, try to walk towards me, Augustine"

Poor Augustine was in the backyard of the lab, his new legs trembling as he tried standing. Half his body was no longer his own. Xerneas, the legendary Life Giver, the eternal saver and peace bringer, was part of what he was now. Of course, he had a new challenge at hand, learning how to use the centaur body he now had. “Ok, one step. It can’t be that hard.” He took a deep breath, letting it go before raising one leg and trying to put it forward. Instead of actually taking a step, the deer centaur ended up stumbling and falling, legs spread about and face on the ground. “Owie….” He whined as someone’s footsteps came near.
"Now, what in this damned world happened to you, Augustine?" Lysandre inquired as he aproached him.
Augustine looked up, hearing the voice and knowing exactly who it was. “Lysy, it’s a spell. I can’t even walk like this.” He whined, pouting as tears welled up in his eyes.
Lysandre sighed walking towards his boyfriend “Let me help you…” He offered him his hands, to help him stand. “You are finally taller than me…” He commented with a smirk on his face when he was sure Gus settled his feet on the ground.

"Well, you may have scared them Gus…"
"I didn’t mean to, Lys. Where have you been?"
"I’ve been doing some, uh, research. Sorry I didn’t tell you, I didn’t think I’d be away for so long"Â
