so following my last post i realized two things 1: therapy and getting my shit together is a wise decision 2: I am able to put my character through the same silent panic attacks as me to bring me comfort horray

Okay genuinely my brain is broken. No sane man should be this emotionally attached to fictional characters. And like this isn't a "omg i love The Character" type thing, this is me desperately rambling and arm chair psychologying myself to make sense of why I'll spend weeks aching mentally when something bad happens to fictional characters. Maybe it's a control complex? Maybe it's me being hyper sensitive or something? I don't know, like I should not be hurting the same way after I lose a loved one, because they killed a character I liked or just did something I didn't like or I lost some media of them I enjoyed. Like wtf???

As I reach this time in the world/my life where I'm actually making descisions and doing things, I'm realizing how desperately I cannot be alone.

This isn't meant to sound depressing, I just have a habit of dwelling in my head so much that everything becomes miserable when I'm just chilling. So yeah, I've learned that I need someone at all times or else I spend 2 weeks mourning old feelings that easily exist as memories but I just think I forget everything all the time?

I think I need some weed or someth, idk. I'm very happy and hopeful for the future I guess I'm just very stressed and it's coming out as depression.
