If you want to get in better shape and be healthier, intermittent fast (as often as you can) and eat more whole foods in smaller portions and work up a sweat 3x a week for 10-30 mins, that’s it. Don’t follow crazy diets that cut out the things you love or set unrealistic exercise goals.. keep it simple.
