Yes, Tampa Bay has nice weather, so let’s build a dome. Ok, now out of tons of great areas in spacious downtown Tampa Bay I’ve decided to build on-top of a coal gasification plant. There can’t possibly be hazardous chemicals below it. In order to support this pointless dome, I’m going to add ‘catwalks’ and sh*t which might interfere with the whole reason we’re building this.
