People tend to forget that sometimes being a therian is as simple as an involuntary identity as an animal. You never get shifts, wear gear, do quads, etc. it may not even affect how you perceive the world. You just, simply, identify as an animal

People tend to forget that sometimes being a therian is as complex as a life long identity that every single day you’re affected by and you’re unable to live normally because of shifts, instincts, past life memories, etc. your entire life may be themed around your theriotype

Being a therian is just an involuntary identity. That’s a wide, wide spectrum & I’m sick of people calling others “fakers” or “delusional” because of where the fall on the spectrum

I am not delusional when i feel feral and aggressive. I am not delusions when my prey drive flares. I am not delusional when i look in the mirror and see myself as a canid

I am not faking when my theeiotype leans more towards “puppy:3”. I am not faking when I don’t feel like my theriotype for a day or two. I’m not faking when I wear gear & roleplay as a canid or any other cringy thing

Sick of the fake claiming a personal indentity the alterhuman community has going on

I’m currently on a vacation with a couple of friends. Even though they don’t know about my therianthropy, they’re very kind and understanding. The trails around here are awesome. Having a lot of fun and feeling a little more like myself.

Gear tour so far! I existed as a therian for a long time before having gear, and remember, you don't need to have gear to be a therian nor the other way around, it was just fun!

Everything was made/customized by me!

Here's all of it, I'll go into more detail in the individual photos

Gloves: customized fingerless gloves I already had for a different activity I was part of!

Anklet: probably my first piece of "gear" finally made it in metal cause the stretch cord kept breaking, hasn't broken since! Yes that is a little bear on it!

Mask and tail: I made both myself! Mask is eva foam, felt and markers for the fur, the nose is same base but with cotton and ink, tail is fully made of yarn! I believe i followed a yt tutorial on it!

I wouldn't say these are the best looking things of all time but im very proud of them simply because it was me who made them! Next stop hopefully:ears!
