Looks like we're getting evicted. POSes come out of reinforced in 1 day 14 hours. Any wormhole people down to try to stop em?
Looks like there fleet comp is 3 dreads (Nags), 2 carriers (Nid and chimera) 20 t3s (mostly tengus) 2 HICs 3 BSs and Sleipnir. Seems pretty manageable, but being in a magnetar complicates things a little.
Sucks my main is outside the hole right now :( No way to get inside for the fireworks.
PS they're ex Blood Onion, or so I'm told. You know you want in on this!
I was supposed to sleep like 2 hours ago but got a call on comms to come fight kill it with fire. Now I've jumped 24 jumps through hisec to help another corp in alliance with a Legion harassing their POS
edit:
nananananananana nananananananana BATPHONED TO THE RESCUE
totally worth the trip to fleet warp in screaming LEEROY JENKINS in local
After reading through the comments on the 100b+ Moracha kill about kicking this corp from an alliance because it fucked up their killboards, I've come to the realization that most people only care about killboard stats. Don't get me wrong, this loss is kind of (very very very) embarrassing, and the engagement probably wasn't all that much fun, but the comments highlight something that is far too prevalent in eve. People gave way too many shits about their precious killboard stats.
Me: killboard stats don't measure fun
SrsPvp'r: that's exactly what a scrub would say
Me: ok? guilty? but hey, your epeen is showing
Someone being an idiot and losing expensive shit should result in people giving him shit for a long long time. By all means, laugh at them for goofing hard, but any corp/alliance that kicks people for shit like this isn't worth being a part of in my opinion.
Or maybe I'm just a pussy.
PS, the h0neybadger killboard is fucking hilarious this month

Part 3 was easily done in 2 Tengus. Also its bugged so that once the neuts spawn you can warp out one one tengu then back in and repeat on the other one and they dont target you anymore. So, that was neat to find out.
Loot was kinda shit:
Centus A-type EM hardener
Centus A-type Kinetic hardener
22nd tier overseer's effects
Each is worth about 100mil, hopefully next time it drops the good stuff :(
Has anyone ever completed part 3 of True Sansha Fleet Staging Point?
The only shit I can find online is for the other factions versions of it, and there's very little information on exactly how much dps is dealt.
Assuming it's similar to the other versions of the escalation, there will be some heavy neutralizing batterys, a station that webs out to 50km and firings citadel torps at you (apparently 180k every 30 seconds), and a bunch of boring shitty rats. The objective is to kill the station, and as you kill it, more waves spawn.
I'm thinking about trying to dual tengu this with an alt, assuming that the 180k torps will be mitigated by my size, speed and resists, to the point where it's manageable. I should probably confirm this somewhere on the internets before warping 3-4 bil into a slaughter. Also, I'm not sure how much dps I need to break the station's tank.
Anyways, if anyone has completed the True Sansha version of this or any of the others, let me know. Either here, or in game (convo MattuVD, Yasuko Onuki or Va1erie Page). I'll update once it's all done and I've collected my sweet sweet loots.
found some shit. gonna kill it. come watch. and tlak shit
" Cadaver Reef is an infamous hotspot of Rogue Drone activity, but better known for its abundance of human carcasses. Many a pilot has lost his ship, and his life, from trying to navigate through this rubble-strewn graveyard. A great battle was waged here decades ago, between two powerful Guristas officers, Akkeshu and Rakka, and their fleets. Legend has it that Akkeshu hid incredibly valuable treasure inside one of the pockets of this deadspace area, which was not found in the aftermath of the battle. Even today adventurous Guristas pilots sometimes venture into Cadaver Reef to search for the lost treasure. Few come out alive, and so far no confirmed reports exist of anyone discovering the treasure, which most rebuff as being nothing more than an old-wives tale"
A corpmate accidentally collapsed our hole early yesterday and got stuck in a borrowed orca in a random c5. He's been trying to get it back out to k-space this morning, but every hole he gets to is occupied. His methods of escaping death are getting sketchy. Here's a quote:
[14:21:13] Big ol Silly Goose > lol, to get out of the c6, I had to bounce the orca off planets to make a safe outside of dscan of their towers, eject from the orca, and podscout / bookmark the hole to get out
cant sleep the night before my final exam so we decided to start throwing ships into the 0.0 meat grinder. nice guys for not bubbling us. especially once they knew we were coming back for more.
After making a 17 jump trip through hisec to bring my PVE Tengu back into our wormhole, I landed on the k162 and found a proteus sitting on the hole. I thought, no problem, I'll just warp to the station and hang out for a bit. BUT I forgot the multiple kill rights I had on me from being an asshole in Decon. The Proteus engaged and forced me through the hole in a desperate attempt to escape.
Unfortunately I did not escape. A neut Legion, a Loki, a Caracal and a Hound were waiting for me on the other side. I was quickly pointed, and they slowly ate away at my shield, keyword slowly. Lucky for me my tengu has about 100k HP and passive regen of about 400dps. My only chance of escape was to jump back into hisec at the right moment and warp to the station. Even if they had caught me on the other side I was fairly certain I could wait out my polarization and jump back through. Here's the convo in local after I jumped through the hole and back in to hisec... Had they been smart they would have tried to bump me off the hole while I was sitting still waiting to jump back.
