America, you are absolutely right. Women and men don't deserve equal pay. Women absolutely deserve more for all the work that we do and value that we as women bring to any situation, it is criminal and down right sinful that we are not appreciated and compensated accordingly. As black women , we deserve double because the circumstances are different yet created in large by white society.

Oscars Boycott

Sorry, but I have to put my two cents in…

All of these African American celebrities boycotting the Oscars have clearly lost their minds. If you stand behind your claim that racism and segregation exists and especially in Hollywood then how do you think lack of boycotting this award show is going to solve the problem. If  the Oscars don’t represent you and consequently don’t want you there then why on earth do you believe your absence is hurting them? Perhaps a better option would be to have an Oscars stand-in. Just saying
