I just want to grab you and take a road trip. I want to drive all day playing the music we both love and stop at gas stations in the middle of nowhere. I want to get out and hike up random trails so we can be close to nature. I want to spend our nights camping in the west with a full realm of stars to look at. I want to hold you close and pretend like the night will never end but wake up to a sunrise, dazed and confused as to when we fell asleep. In that same moment I want to hold your hand because I know you’re the only consistently beautiful thing that happened on this road trip.
