SGT Joshua P. Rodgers and SGT Cameron H Thomas, both from 3/75, were KIA in Nangahar province, Afghanistan on April 27, 2017, during combat operations.

The 75th took a devastating hit with the loss of two great Rangers, but their sacrifice was not in vein. Around 20+ EKIA during the TIC and around 50 EKIA via airstrikes after exfil.

Rest easy. Rangers Lead The Way.

Sergeant Jeffrey W. Bray. He participated in the Battle of Mogadishu, providing expert surgical fire direction of helicopter gunships, laboring through the night in order to keep the enemy at bay. On several occasions, he had called in support on positions less than 15 metres away from himself. His efforts were instrumental in limiting casualties in the 18-hour long firefight. After the battle, he was awarded the silver star.

Sgt. Bray passed away on October 24, 2016. While Bray’s legacy and name have been solidified in history, he leaves behind a family, a wife and teammates who served alongside side him throughout his career.
