We shot four images to practice the Exposure Triangle for this activity. The balance and relationship between the shutter speed, aperture, and ISO is known as the exposure triangle. To get the greatest photo, we have to regulate these three elements in this task.
Shutter speed is a measurement of the time the shutter is open, shown in seconds or fractions of a second: 1 s, 1/2 s, 1/4 s 1/250 s, 1/ 500 s, etc. . In other words, the faster the shutter speed the easier it is to photograph the subject without blur and “freeze” motion and the smaller the effects of camera shake.
ISO refers to the sensitivity the signal gain of the camera's sensor. The ISO setting is one of three elements used to control exposure; the other two are f/stop and shutter speed. ... With film cameras, using a higher ISO film, such as ISO 400 to 1000, often resulted in noticeable grain.
Aperture refers to the opening of a lens's diaphragm through which light passes. ... Lower f/stops give more exposure because they represent the larger apertures, while the higher f/stops give less exposure because they represent smaller apertures. We take the first photo with the values we've been provided. 1/200, ISO 1600, and F10 were the parameters specified. The first photograph was quite dark. The aperture was widened in the second photo, allowing more light to enter but blurring the background. The depth of field was controlled in the third photo, and the grain was controlled in the fourth.
The second photo was the best looking since it was the one that looked more clear and less blur and also was more bright in comparative of the first one that looked way more dark and less focused and the last one looked brighter and more focus.
This assignment taught me about the three elements that control the quantity of light in a photograph.
