Okay time to overanalyze G1 Brainstorm because I love him
Seriously where's my fellow G1 Brainstorm fans at?!
G1 brainstorm is not giving enough love both by the fan base and in the literal show itself
Anyway so 99% of this a tire thing is just going to be me reading way too much into a character who wasn't written with the idea of a character, but instead the idea of marketing toys? Yep, but let's be honest that's probably how we got the versions of the characters we love today! Also to make it clear this is about G1 not the Headmasters, IDW or the IDW reboot. Anyway have my insane rambling for the sake of fun.
Brainstorm likes and respects organic life!
G1 Brainstorm seems to have quite a bit of respect for humans and see them as equals, this can be seen with the fact that he believes that humans can help make cybertronians stronger but also when he's talking about it Highbrow tries to quickly sum up what Brainstorm is talking about to another bot, "Oh Brainstorms trying to prove that we can function better with human operators inside us" which Brainstorm besides to corrects him "Human partners, Highbrow!" With the fact that he correct Highbrow by rephrasing it as a partnership tells me Brainstorm doesn't want this to be a someone is stronger than the other or someone's fully in control and the other listens fully relationship, he wants it to be a partnership where both parties are equal and work alongside each other! I even say all of this extends to organic life in general due to the Nebulas being roped into his idea. "You mean putting Humans- uh Nebulas inside the Autobots bodies?" He even corrects himself to include them despite the fact that his original plan had nothing to do with them.
He kind of casually gets bullied-
Fuck you Hardhead /j but like our Laurel first introduction to Brainstorm in G1 is him trying to show that his theory is proven and think of how to put his idea in motion just to immediately be shot down quite rudely by Hardhead, "correction the problem is you and your stupid ideas!" Like damn that's pretty rude and on top of that later his idea is stolen by the decepticons like he just exists in this series and bad things happen to him!
he's quiet but willing and happy to talk when spoken to
So like I know for a fact it's just them not doing much for him but most of the time he doesn't seem to speak until someone speaks to him, it's just a small little thing and it's happened to several other characters before but it could always be reinterpreted as being shy or learning to be quiet because a similar interactions like with Hardhead
The Return Of The Golden Age!
Ok so about that whole Brainstorms the one who brought back the golden age in G1 thing I brought up in my first post! when you think about that scene Optimus prime has with alpha trion where alpha trion is bringing up that bringing humans and cybertonians together will bring back the Golden age... Hey I wonder whose idea did that? I wonder who's the one who ultimately brought back the Golden age? That's right it was Brainstorm! He's the one who thought about bringing humans and cybertonians together as one! But like the show never acknowledges that fact, He's never given credit for the fact that it was his idea that caused this, he's not even made into the leader of the Headmasters!
Okay So like I DO like IDW Brainstorm but I really REALLY like G1 Brainstorm I know there's not much to his character in G1 but I really like what we got and sometimes I wish people build off of G1 Brainstorm instead of IDW all the time (No hate to anyone who based their own version of Brainstorm off of IDW he's good too! I just like G1 a lot)
So anyway I'm going to be really annoying about G1 Brainstorm cuz he is adorable and more people need to appreciate him! plus my version of brainstorm in my fan generation is based off of G1.
Let's talk about the design because he's so cute!💕

The blue they normally give him nowadays is really nice and pretty but I love the green color, But I like him more than just the colors if I'm being honest I really like his head shape more here than what we get in IDW, it looks nice in IDW but G1 he looks soo cute and it's kind of funny when you think about the fact that he has a cybertronian mullet and I love it so much
Evidence of the mullet! I think the cybertronian mullet looks adorable too.
And also I look at the weird little pointy things on his head as like a pair of ears and it kind of makes me think of a bat because also where his wings are too, big ears for hearing, his little wings are on his arms instead of his back!

Also I don't know how to describe it but his G1 design just looks huggable!
He's supposed to be a little feisty guy ready to save his comrades here but he just looks adorable to me, if anything I'm like "oh no cute robo is beating up 3:".
Even though there's not much to his character I think he's adorable and character-wise he's pretty cute too!

So like you know how Quark is literally a recolor of animated perceptor? Pretty much making him a perceptor clone?

I return with more insane ramblings and ideas! So anyway idea! make it that Quark is Magnificus in a AU instead of killing him off! You can play with it in a different ways you could have Magnificus be a fallen from Grace Quark who lost his mind or what I want to go with Quark is a redeemed Magnificus, Maybe the result is a Quark who is a little more unhinged because of his war scientists passed! For my own fan generation AU I was thinking of having it that perceptor was cloned literally when he was freshly forged so his "father" can pass it off as just having twins. (I have to one day get into my family trees for different characters in this au which is a whole other thing-) So Quark get to live in this universe, what to do... Make him and Brainstorm get together! no more one-sided crush they will kiss!
Oh yeah and a lot of angst and horrible feelings that come with being a copy of someone who's pretty much your brother! Mewtwo in the first Pokemon movie hit a little too close to home for him lol.
G1 Perceptor and IDW reboot Froid would have loved each other and I do mean as friends but also tossing my incredibly rare pair here G1 Perceptor X IDW reboot Froid tho! give them the whole listener and yapper thing but they they take turns of who's The Listener and yapper. Froid x Perceptor is in my fan generation :3

Hello, my name is Anas, and I am from Gaza and this is Our Story from Gaza: Before and After 💔
Before the war, my family and I lived in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood of Gaza City. Our life was simple but full of meaning. I lived with my parents, my brother, and my sister in a home filled with love and laughter.
Every morning, my father and mother would wake up early to go to work, while my sister prepared for school. We had our normal daily routines, shared meals together, celebrated birthdays, and dreamed of the future.
It wasn’t a rich life, but it was ours. We had our house, a small piece of farmland, good neighbors, and beautiful land around us that gave us a sense of peace and belonging. My mother, father, and sister were always part of this daily rhythm, making our life feel ordinary yet full of warmth and stability.
Every Thursday, our whole family would gather at my grandmother’s house laughter, stories, and meals together. That special time brought us closer and filled our hearts with joy. Now, all of that is gone.

The Day Everything Changed
During the first week of the war, the bombing forced us to leave our home. We thought it would be temporary, but then came the news that broke us: our home was completely destroyed. Flattened to the ground. Everything we worked for and saved, every memory, gone in a moment.Since then, we have been displaced multiple times from Shuja'iyya to Rimal, then Al-Zawada, and finally Rafah. Each time we carried less with us. We’ve slept on floors, in schools, and even tents. Nights are freezing, days are unbearably hot. There is no clean water, no electricity, no toilets. We wait hours just for bread. We lost not only our home but also our jobs, our stability, and our sense of safety. Right now, our only dream is to survive tomorrow.
Why I Am Asking for Your Help
I am starting this campaign to support my family because the war destroyed everything we had our home, our land, our routines, and our sense of safety. Your help will allow us to rebuild our lives step by step.
and we are raising $20,000 to help my family survive and rebuild after the war. This amount will allow us to:
1-Rebuilding our home and farmland: Our house was completely destroyed, along with our small piece of farmland. These were not just buildings or land they were the heart of our daily life, where we felt safe and connected to our surroundings. We need help to repair and rebuild a stable home and restore the land that provided us with peace and sustenance.
2-Restoring our daily life and happiness: Before the war, we had routines and small joys working in the fields, sharing meals, celebrating birthdays, and seeing our neighbors regularly. Every Thursday, our family gathered at my grandmother’s house. Those ordinary days brought us happiness and a sense of belonging. We want to bring back some of that normal life.
3-Support for work and livelihoods: The war took away our jobs and sources of income. My parents, who used to work hard to provide for the family, can no longer earn a living safely. Donations will help us cover essential expenses and start rebuilding work opportunities so we can support ourselves again.
4-Food, clean water, and urgent health needs: Life now is a struggle for basic necessities. Your donation helps us access proper food, clean water, and medicine for urgent health needs.

Their strict policies only allowed transfers in one currency (USD), which made it hard for many people who wanted to support us in other currencies. Has no one considered messing around with this in a fan generation? It doesn't need to be cheating, Polyamory is a thing! But as much as I love a polyship I got a different idea! Make Moonracer and Astoria the same person, Moonracer is her Mecha! Moonracer is her fucking Cybertronian persona!!! I do not mean headmasters with this idea! (I still don't know how I feel about that concept) but she made a robot suit that looks Cybertronian so she can fight alongside powerglide! Let my girl be smart, let her make robot suit, let her have a Cybertronian persona!!! Maybe she even fully becomes Moonracer one day? I mean prime showed us it's a possibility 👀 (in a much more horrifying using breakdown's corpse way but still-)
Reasons: funny, cool, no cheating powerglide, my girl gets to operate a robot suit, Astoria has a Cybertronian persona lol, she might get to be cybertronian one day so powerglide doesn't have to watch her age to death-

I was in a room filled with people, everyone human except for this one guy who is this strange antipomorphic humanoid bat creature that seem to vaguely resemble a satellite dish, he had a vague British accent, a monotone voice and neutral face.
No one was bothered by what he was and all he was doing was walking around sitting in random places and according to him "listening to radio frequencies" people would walk up to him and talk to him for a bit and he would hold a small conversation before telling them to shush so he can listen to the radio frequencies? I ended up just sitting next to him and vibing Intel I woke up.
I felt compelled to draw him lol
So here's my strange dream goober! The blatantly autistic satellite dish vaguely British bat guy.
