"No, we are saying that you are too powerful for the other hellhounds." Halwyn said. "We all hellhounds do, but we are the most compatible with your vessel and we have the most experience in this fuse."
Yerai's eyebrow went up. It was what the claim they were making about themselves, but also how he could tell that he was powerful. It was creepy at minimum. "Why would my strength matter? Are you afraid of me?"
Christopher: I was scare of the commitment.
Yerai: Is that your same fear with me?
"With us probably. You seem to quite powerful, quite experience. It is only fair for you to receive someone to match that experience." Halwyn responded.
"Are you saying all the others don't have the skill and experience that you do?" He asked him. He thought that was an interesting statement.
Christopher: You are right. I even tried to date before I met you. It didn't go well.
Yerai: Why it didn't go well?
"Of course. Would you like to meet the other hellhound or just keep it between us?" Halwyn asked. "We had the idea of a hellhound being paired with a banshee. We already have one instance of a pair that seem to be quite connected and it may put us at a disadvantage to break that."
"Sure." Might as well put a face on the other that way he knew who to watch out for even more. His idea however was worth of an eyebrow raise. "Pair? That's quite the idea. Who would I be paired with?" Yerai asked.
Christopher: How so?
Yerai: You feel stuck. It is up to you what you need to do. You don't have to date either of us, but it is obvious that you want som companionship.
"It might happen. It has happen before." Halwyn said. "And if you didn't know, they can take control over us to make us complete their mission." They said.
Yerai expected a vision or two if that was ever to happen, but he was not wrong. When the balance of the world was so corrupted, the wild hunt was tempted to activate. "Can you give me some time to considerate it?"
Christopher: You have an interesting perspective.
Yerai: So do you.
"We are confident that it will. From what we have been told, there has been many deaths, many supernatural events. Eventually this will cause the wild hunt to happen." Halwyn said. "If it continues, but all we want is for you to work with us, to assist us in our missions and to keep all supernatural safe."
And there had been. His nature made sure to feel a lot of them. "Are you implying the wild hunt might come to balance out the deaths in town?" Is that way so many hellhounds are in town. That would make some sense.
Yerai: Yes, one must move on eventually.
Christopher: And what I choose you?
Yerai: Then I'll be happy and hope it works out.
Christopher: Eventually?
Yerai: Yes, one must move on eventually.
"We were frozen and woke up. The prison might be weakening. There is no way of fixing that so all we can do is prepare for when the battle comes." They said.
"And you are confident that it will come?" It was not that he didn't care. It was that Atlas was his priority. "What would you want from me?" He asked.
"No in its current form. It would have to take another one to be killed." They explained. "It is difficult to explain but it is best as they are where they are now."
That didn't help him to understand, but he took the information as given. "Then why are you here? Are you afraid it will escape soon?" He asked.
Christopher: And you would be ok with that?
Yerai: I would eventually.
"It is called Anuk-Ite? Ever heard of it?" Halwyn finally answered. "It will certainly benefit for it to be away. It can ruin everything you care about in hours."
"I have not." But he would make sure to know about it separate from him. "Can it be killed?" He asked him. He made it sound dangerous if it was imprisoned instead of dead.
Yerai: You have implied that I am.
Christopher: What if I choose the other guy?
Yerai: Then you choose the other lad
