42 yo mom. Started running in October 2011. I thought that if I could run all winter outside, I could accomplish anything. And I did. I ran in the snow, ice, rain, cold, very cold, freezing and freezing weather! And still do, all year long! And I still love every minute of it.I know run between 4 and 12 miles daily, go to the gym every other day for weight training, ran my first Spartan Sprint in May 2013, ran my first 5k in 30 minutes back in March, did my first Half in October 2013. I am a quote lover, and you'll see A LOT of those in here! That's what keeps me motivated day after day. Update: Started boxe training in fall in 2014... This is my new favorite sport, ever!! Dang do I love this! So between running, lifting and boxing, not a lot of spare time... Oh yeah! And I also HAVE to work! That's a bummer!

Who shoveled this morning so she could hang her punching bag and suspension trainer outside? That’s right! This girl right here! About dang time! I’ll be able to use my chin up/pull up bar as well since it’s been outside all winter.

No kickboxing for now, but just beating the crap out of that thing this morning felt totally great! LOL My bf was totally freaked out, told me I looked like a mad woman and he wasn’t getting closer than 10 feet from me! LOL

That’s probably why the horses were looked at me like I was freak.

First day above 10C here... Maybe we’ll have a Spring after all.
