hello ! ... again. it’s me, noir ( she/ her. 21+ ) and i’m back with my second muse. ms. skylar who is a tiktoker rising in fame due to her dance videos. she’s also a apart of the daebak hype fam ( daebak7 ). don’t let the pretty face fool you, this girlie is not only outgoing but loud ( in any form you want to think of that but yeah ). she is currently struggling upon the decision of giving up her college degree for the fame or having to juggle both. though she’s disowned, still that degree... but also that fame... her rumor being that she has an onlyfan’s account is absolutely fak- true. she will argue you down on the many reasons why that person is not her! this post is a bit late due to power outage in my city. ( chara dev. profile. bio. plots. )
skylar is the youngest of three, and was born into an upper class family. her father is the ceo of a chain of hotels braching out across parts of asia and her mother is executive director of chain of family owned restuarants in certain parts of asia. so she’s been rich all her life.
her parents are known to be all about looking good in front of certain people. so, skylar was taught at a young age how to act a certain way in front of a certain group of people.
academics was also an important part of their family’s lifestyle. because of this her and her siblings has to excel in school, in which she did but she was miserable.
due to the amount of pressure her parents brought on her she ends up succumbing to TW: anxiety. which leads to her many mental breakdowns that she has today.
throughout her childhood, skylar didn’t have friends. it wasn’t because she couldn’t make any, it was because her parents pushed her into studying rather than going out with children her age.
to push through her loneliness, she begans to watch dance videos finding herself practicing the dances on her own. when she expresses her passion for the hobby, it gets shot down. so, she ends up sneaking at night to dance when everyone is asleep. recording herself on her phone to keep the choreos she created.
when she enrolls into uni of bangkok, she gets into tiktok and uploads dances she kept on her phone. she didn’t know that it would blow up as big as it did.
her parents eventually finds out about it and threatens to disown her if she doesn’t take her education seriously. so, she continues to work hard on her business degree but still dances.
she gets invited around her second year of university to be apart of the hype house as she up there with the popular influencers and begs her parents to move to korea ( yangcheon to be exact ) telling them that the academic courses are much better there than thailand. they agree and transfer her things over.
sadly her grades begin to drop when she moves into the daebak house because all she wants to do is things she wasn’t able to do when she was a teenager. her parents find out again and actually disown her. so now shes stuck contemplating whether she should just give up school for the fame or not.

in response to her incriminating remarks though, his nose scrunches slightly in subtle protest. he’s not denying the fact that he played a big role in leading them astray, but the situation still feels somewhat unfair. he swears it got even worse after she took over navigating duties. this was surely a game for two. “hey, i was raised and sheltered in a big, white mansion. not out in the great outdoors here,” he retorts with a sprinkle of self-deprecation and rubs the back of his neck in slight guilt. there are few things he loves more than being reminded of how he was born and raised on the hill, and despite all his grumblings, has still not managed to get out. stockholm’s syndrome perhaps?
he looks around aimlessly at their dark surroundings, which looks no different than the last scenery he recalls. suddenly he stops in his tracks and releases a deep, exasperated sigh. “you know what? i don’t even know anymore. let’s just sleep here. it’s not that cold.” the suggestion is supposed to be sarcastic, but as he stares at his phone now – which still has no signal – he’s starting to sell himself on it.

skylar was someone who rarely gotten scared, and if she was she wouldn’t tell the person whom she was with she was. at this moment, she wasn’t but it did put her on edge that she would be lost in an area that she knew nothing about. of course, some of it was her fault that she’d gotten lost but she wasn’t going to admit that to the older. after all, it was him that should have known his way around the area considering he was born in yangcheon.
“did you not go outside?” she asked, looking at the map once more. she could have swore she followed the path that was shown on the map. “if that was your excuse mister, i think you should get out the house more often.” she states, as if she was one to talk. though she wasn’t born in south korea, she never had a chance to really explore the outdoors unless it was some kind of family trip. as for around yangcheon, she only knew places she frequent and that was by gps in her car. she wasn’t bad at directions, it was the map that was the problem.
his next statement surely caught her off guard. sleeping outdoors? with bugs? maybe this would have worked with her brother being that he lived in that kind of environment, but just like wonjun, skylar was sheltered in a large mansion as well. “you want to sleep outside on the ground? if you’re willing to become a bed as well because i’m not laying in dirt.” she spoke, looking at him to try and detect if he was actually serious or not. though how he was looking it was like he was trying to talk himself into it as well.
standing in line at a coffee shop, a notification almost startled the idol as he read through some emails for work, his eyebrow raising curiously as he noticed new content had been uploaded. taking his drink from the server, he found a secluded seat where he could watch the video comfortably, barely flinching before sending through a generous tip of 250,000KRW.
skylar’s account was the biggest secret she had going for herself. of course, someone spreading rumors upon her having one only made her defensive slapping down rumors each time they came up. she didn’t want anyone to know, she wasn’t ready for anyone to know that she was doing such to keep money in her account. as someone who was new to the realms of social media she wasn’t making as much as people whom been on the platform longer than her. she was a new face, fresh, so she had to make ends meet some how until she could rack up on more sponsors.
thankfully, someone out there was into her videos as he would always leave extra on her videos. when she had first came up with the choreography for the song that was sung by the ever most popular soloist, echo. she had done it because personally she was a fan of his music. of course, she would listen to other songs from his respective group but someone thing about his songs just hit different. considering that she took it upon herself to try creating a dance to the said song. not entirely sure what response she was going to get back. until one day some chelmico fan that was subscribed to her seem to take it upon himself to go the extra mile in expressing his love for her dancing.
❛ tipping as soon as i drop the new update ? must been waiting this time --
she was quick to send the other a message as soon they sent the tip. they had been talking back and forth for some time now. more flirting than talking, but in her mind it was all in good fun. she honestly thought the person behind the username was just a fan and she was always open to meeting new people especially people who gives her extra on her onlyfan’s ( as bad a that sounded ).
turning her head, she noticed a female. usually, she’d look somewhere else but not on did this person look familiar, she had a strand of hair sticking up. taking another sip of her drink, she walked over and gave the female a friendly smile, instantly reaching over to smooth the strand of hair down with her hand.
“sorry, you had a strand of hair sticking up.” she told her, moving her hand away once the strand of hair was flattened. “you look nice, though!”
tonight, she wasn’t going to deal with anyone and anything. none of the people who like to use her, none of her parents and them always being busy, none of hyeon’s hatred towards her, none of her non-existent love life and, most importantly, none of the insane amount of stress university has put her under. university. that’s it. she had seen her in the halls of yangcheon university but she never really got a chance to talk to her, until now. mainly it was because yura wanted to do one thing - show up and get out without any problems.
“hey, uh, do you, by any chance, go to yangcheon uni?”
after having been dancing for sometime, she was sure that her hair was somewhat still neat and a bit messy at the same time. honestly, she was just having fun and she wasn’t going to let anyone ruin it for her.
now, she found herself taking a break by the drink bar. straightening her costume a bit, she had some people coming to her to talk to her from time to time. some to just say hi, others asking to collab and people just coming to take pictures with her. everything was normal at this point to her. sure, she knew she was rising in some kind of fame as an influencer, but she was just dancing and doing what she wasn’t able to do when she was growing up. she could only assume that’s why people tend to gravitate towards her? all in all, she was the same person even before being a tiktoker. only she’s no longer under the restraints of her parents hold anymore.
looking back when she feels a hand on her hair, she blinks at the female. she looks a bit familiar but not enough for her to touch her hair. she bows to her to thank her. “oh, probably from dancing. thank you though! your costume is cute too. are you salem from sabrina? she asked the female standing in front of her. hopefully she got that right.
“yeah, i go there. do you?” skylar asked curiously. maybe she’d seen her here and there, but mostly when skylar would go to her classes she would just study and do her best to pass her classes. it was a never-ending struggle to just drop everything and be done with it or keep pushing solely because she had one more year left. the stress that was left on her would buckle her down to where she wouldn’t leave her room until she was finished with whatever she was going through within the confined space. her only safe haven was tiktok and dancing which was a bit sad to say the least.
skylar had already found this to be the biggest mistake just upon seeing the size of the pumpkin. though the youtuber had insisted that they would have fun doing it. being naive skylar. she instantly agreed and considering that this was her first halloween this was probably normal for people to do when they go pumpkin carving. she would mostly see these things on youtube or television when growing up but never got to actually do it. her childhood honestly sucked.
now they were ten minutes in, and still trying to carve out one of the pumpkin’s eyes. was it always this hard? surely not, other people were leaving happily with their carved pumpkins which were ten times smaller than the pumpkin they were carving out. her brain was slowly connecting the dots as she was still scooping out the insides of the massive pumpkin before realizing that maybe, just maybe, they should’ve gotten a smaller pumpkin.
“oppa we should’ve gotten a smaller pumpkin! why you picked this one?” she sat down, putting the spoon down, rubbing her arm which had a rather burning and tingling feeling going on with it. possibly due to her muscles being overworked.
it was the eve of halloween and the only event that was the talk of the town was the countdown party at yang2. skylar always enjoyed the party scene it was the adrenaline that course through her each she would be apart of the many parties at the daebak house. it was what they were known for other than being loud and disruptive. though, she could say that some of the housemates were a little over the top, there was never a boring day there.
skylar had just finished getting her nails ( ref. ) done for the party, the black and red really complimented with her costume as she would transform into the infamous gambler, yumeko jabami. her clothes were ready and settled nicely in the backseat of her car as she made her way to meet up with serin. the two had come to an agreement of skylar helping her find some wings for her costume she had thrown together for the party and then to yiseong gardens. the idea the other had for that was to destroy the decorations there. skylar didn’t know why the other would want to mess up her residential area, but she was down.
upon pulling up to the yoon family home, she honks signaling she was outside. of course she could have simply called but it was easier just let the whole family know that she had arrived. like the typical daebak resident most thought of them as. not that she cared, she was having fun in yangcheon and being that she was already from a rich household, the lifestyle isn’t much new to her -- other than actually living it. she knew if she was still in thailand she would be well on her way to possibly an early graduation and already working for her father’s business.
for now all she had to do was wait for serin, so she can get what would be an eventful day started.
it’s the night of halloween and it’s quite active at skyline park. with the different activities taking place its only necessary for people to be out on this spooky day. for skylar it was more of a special day for her as it would be her first time going out for halloween in yangcheon as well as in her life. considering that her parents didn’t give her much of a childhood, she wasn’t able to participate within the festivities of what others did. with the exceptions of holidays when the family would come over.
now, she was on her own now and providing for herself, skylar had as much freedom as she could possibly want. it just took getting disowned by her parents to do so, but that was besides the point. she was now within the area of skyline park. they had many activities that skylar assumed was mostly for the family -- much like that masquerade ball people were dreading or so she heard. she didn’t purchase of ticket , not that she knew where to buy it and with her reputation being within the daebak house she knew it wasn’t to her favor to attend.
she opted to doing the treasure hunt at this time. considering she’d tried all the other events at that time she thought this one would be fun. although, her only problem was that she wasn’t the best with directions and neither was the older whom was with her. she’d given the responsibility of following the map to wonjun, considering he’d lived here all his life but to her misfortune the older had gotten them lost. not that she was more helpful in her attempt as she gotten them even more lost, but she wouldn’t admit that.
“didn’t we just pass this area up already??” she asked, a huff escaping her lips as she looked at wonjun. “how did you end up getting us lost if you were born here? i thought you knew your way around the area?”
this seemed to be a reoccuring event between the two. for some reason when she would hang out with her friends at the club, they would end up leaving her by herself. was she that bad to be around? skylar like to think that she was pretty fun, but then again she was used to the loneliness -- as bad as that sounded. now, she finds herself in a crowded building with no one she knows. it’s not like she can make new friends, right? but could she just trust anyone?
she looks around and sees someone familiar and by himself. this wasn’t the first time this had happened. the two had mutual friends, she wasn’t sure if the other was a dancer or not but she knew that the crew that she would hang out with were all dancers. when they would go off by themselves, the would always slip out of her presence and seemingly his as well. it was a bit awkward at first because she didn’t know him -- like at all. she wasn’t sure at first if he would want to talk to her either as he didn’t seem like someone who was sociable, but she found overtime that the male was good company to be around. so, she made her way over to where he was.
“did they leave you again too?” she asked, standing next to him. she felt better being around someone that she already knew rather than being around a group of people that would just stare at her. some even taking out their phones to capture images of her to put on their social media accounts.
skylar can’t remember how it all started, but she was glad that she had found him when she did. she holds each person she’s met in certain places of her heart, safely, carefully categorizing each person so that the walls she built around herself doesn’t crumble to the ground.
with seojun, he feels safe. she built a level of trust where she feels like she could call on him for anything, and she knows he will go to her without hesitation. it’s something that she’s never had before and she uses it, and it’s not to only her advantage as she always feels a need to give back to the older male. right now she needs a safe haven, a sense over overwhelming aura bares down on her within the walls of her home. the hype house is somewhere she feels both comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time. she can fit in perfectly but still feel immensely alone all at the same time. the weight gets heavy and she’s stuck with silence and tears stained face.
besides dancing, there’s times when she feels the need to escape. to get away from everything but right now she wants to be around one person. someone that understands her than most. so, she drives to her friends home. it’s a route she knows like the back of her hand, turning down the roads of the lavish city she finally calls home. she’d heard he was back in town and what better way to surprise the male was to show up at his home. she’d been over many times before, and had taking a liking to the min family quickly as they made her feel welcome each visit.
parking her car, she gets out and walks to the front door, ringing the door bell anticipating the wait of the older male ( if he was the one to open the door ). it’s only a while before the door opens.
a familar face, and a smile graces her lips. “surprise ~ ” she speaks, looking at the older male, a small laugh followed shortly behind.
