Snake hit the ground, and pulled out his iDroid. It was a final review of his mission plan, and a review of the AO and what it had to offer. Snake clicked the enter button and the breifing list slowly spelled everything out.Â
Infiltration Mission: Location; Enemy FOB
Find the commander’s meeting point

Neutralize the enemy combatants
The point of interest was just three hundred meters out from his and quiets position. He’d keep her on standby until the situation called for it. The day had an overcast, and it had been unusually dry out lately. Limited sun, and no available water didn’t bode well for her, and putting her in a bad situation was the last thing he wanted. So he Highlighted a location to send to his sniper (an Elevated cliff face), and snake took off in a run to get the job started. Upon visual, the process began rather easily. Unlock the side gate door, slip inside, move past the guard shacks, and into the command center.Â
But … something was completely wrong, almost off entirely. On his approach to the center, Snake stopped and rested against a concrete blocker for a moment. No one was here, not a soul. He even listened for a soul to make a peep, and he got nothing. The lights were still on, jeeps were still here, but no people to occupy them.
“Quiet …” He spoke out. “You see anything? I have no visual on anyone here… at all.”
His directions were taken as immediately as he was to give them out -- using the parasite’s power to sprint at an inhuman speed. Taking leaps and bounds when necessary to find her way to the perch, Quiet was already peering through her Wicked Butterfly’s scope. Finger on the trigger if absolutely necessary.
The weather was duly noted once she had settled. She had to be on the lookout for sunspots -- even with it being a desert, she’d need almost constant exposure to the sun due to the parasite within her using it for the power it gave. If it kept up, her powers would be depleted heavily and she wouldn’t be able to cover him as well as on a sunny day. She’d have to get significantly closer or breathe for her shots.Â
On her comm, his voice rang against previously silent eardrums. She was silent, unsure herself. No hum as a signal of others. Scouting with her red dot sight along the area. Nothing.. Not quite. Her sights continued to scan the area. Silence spoke louder than the words she could have said as she spotted the simple movement of something behind a box. It ducked out of her view before she could realize what it was, but just as it was spotted, she’d give the signal.
        “Hmmm.”
A simple hum to reveal movement of some sort. Her signal reached out to the point to let Snake know as to where it came from, but she did not shoot. She’d only pull the trigger on his order or if he was in danger.Â
