In a recent initiation I discovered my spontaneous intuition is my oldest and most primal wisdom.🦉 . It can not be read in books, nor taught in schools.🦉 . It’s a deeply feminine feeling of survival instinct, and innate knowing🦉 . A sustained energy pulses in my primal centre.🦉 . It only works in the now and its voice is subtle.🦉 . * L A N D E D * Landed back in the Shire after a truly transformational time in Aotearoa. I went home with the intention to heal my darling dad, but what I did in the process was take inventory of my life and my relationships to everything I have and how I relate to them! Woah, two beautiful weeks of dropping into softness, stillness, health, family, Well-Being, dog=god & finished this journey with an extraordinary mission to #highden - a mystery school for new paradigm love warriors (more on that later...)...Stopping, slowing down, checking in, reflecting on patterns, imbalances, and one of the biggest things; tuning into my unique soul-shine, not to be confused by the will and cry’s of the heart, the confusion of the mind or the push and pull of the ego, but the soul, my soul, the being that loves inside this body that reflects my true nature, mission and purpose. The golden eternal part of Self that is forever true, radiant, and authentic me... I listened, I heard, I felt, and I witnessed many miracles; fear transmuting to waves of love, presence and connection. So here I am ready for the new phase to begin... and so unbelievably grateful for the space in time to reflect and heal✨🌈🌱💗 . . This Full Moon was intense.. right? Magic and intense! ...and with so much going on, i needed time reflect and feel and connect, so I grabbed my phone, headphones and cranked up one of my playlists and danced. Some of you may think it’s weird to dance in public (like no one is watching, and you know dam well they are! Lol, but you block them out anyway) In 2017 I completed the #5elementsdance TeacherTraining with @malaika.darville ~ The process has to be one of the most potent dance waves I know to work with as a healing dance meditation. During this session I laughed, cried, screamed and plunged and crashed through the water and finished sobbing in the sand with tears of gratitude. I needed it. Oh boy did I what?! It was my medicine clearing out the gripping, stalling & unhealthy energy that thoughts that had been accumulating in my psyche on the last month. Feeling all the feels and shaking them out to allow new Life force energy to be reinstated in my cells. I got to reset, recalibrate and realign with my truth. What’s important, what matters today... so grateful for this practice of liberation through Ecstatic Movement.
