everything that could be going wrong today is doing exactly that. i’m having bad flares, my mood is low and i feel aimless, whatever is wrong inside my pelvis is causing a really strong pulsing pain that’s shooting down the inside of my leg and i can’t sit comfortably in any position. i’ve been trying and failing all day to distract myself and keep busy but it’s just inescapable and i’m so fed up! i have the yard d&d on in the background which is helping a little. i might order some books or something tomorrow so i can just… ignore my own life for a while. bc idk how to get through this lmao. i don’t have a choice obviously but i don’t want to be flailing around in a pit of despair until it ends, i want to be doing something productive

it’s funny actually bc while i was doing the artwork binder thing earlier i was getting so mad and overwhelmed and i paused before i was even finished. which is weird bc i also was happy looking at it all and felt inspired to paint today… don’t know if that will happen now. at least now i know it wasn’t the organising that was making me irate, it was just another flare beginning

anyway, i have to eat which i usually don’t do during a flare bc it makes the nausea and dizziness a hundred times worse but i don’t have a choice! i need to take my afternoon adhd meds ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ what can u do
