i finished the sashiko i started in april last year lmao. another w for the day

i write that like i wasn’t experiencing the intense vision loss and imbalance every time i stood up lol but like… i can overlook that to a certain extent bc it’s been happening since i was a teenager and when the mcas isn’t actively flaring it is a little easier to cope with

#i think mcas is the underlying evil which is making me so disabled which is kind of sad bc it’s impossible to get help with atm

today was great, i made it through the entire day without a noticeable flare, very little pelvic pain, managed to do the dishes AND eat properly AND wash my hair (with lengthy breaks between of course, i’m not jesus after all) ANNND finish that painting without ruining it. you could even say slay.

i won’t be greedy and wish that every day would be like this. i’m so thankful to have one day of respite from the pain
