thankfully it’s 11° today so i can crawl around with my hot water bottle clamped to my abdomen too. it’s quite euphoric and i feel cosy and content when the pain subsides. which is probably not good bc that means the pain is horrifically bad but whatever. i knew that from how my blood runs cold with every new wave and how i almost pass out. no chance of washing my hair today either bc i can’t bend over the bath. it was a complete stroke of luck that i made and froze a few portions vegetable stew yesterday, now i don’t have to worry about that.
found four more tablets, it’s looking up
and not only is a bird chirping really loudly outside my window to wake me up at our lord and saviour’s hour of 5:20 on this fine saturday morn, but my womb feels like there is a chainsaw lodged in it and i only have two paracetamol tablets in the apartment i think. excited to see how the day unfolds lmao

every time i see the title of that sargent painting i like to think that’s why lily rose has her name but i don’t think that’s even slightly true

i have neither the money nor the space for any of these but i’m still fantasising about putting all of my threads and pigments into them
and a waist height dark wood cabinet with glass doors and brass pull handles to display / keep my japanese ceramics in like are you kidding 🥹
looking at vintage things on ebay again and i really would like a free-standing cantilever sewing box and one of those old art nouveau / mucha painted mirrors for the bathroom… i also may have plans to design and make a beaded window cover for the bathroom… bc i realised earlier that i really love threading beads together. it’s incredibly satisfying and the result is so ethereal and pretty :’)
