I have a headcanon for Megumi and Yuji, that Megumi is an expert on different drinks (even alcohol. Okay, guys.)
Yuji loves flowers and can always put together a bouquet to suit the customer's style, for a specific holiday, and to match the customer's style. In that AU, I focused entirely on these headcanons and... I made an AU where Megumi is a barista and Yuji is a florist. Their establishments are located across the street from each other. Megumi's is gloomy and dark, in keeping with his style, while Yuji's Flower Café is, on the contrary, bright, just like the sun (he is too). In that AU, Yuji often comes to Megumi every day before their shop opens and orders a sweet coffee with whipped cream (AND IN THAT AU, YUJI LOVES PISTACHIOS. MMM). Megumi silently makes him coffee and gives him a bag of pistachios, which he always orders just for him. In return, Yuji gives Megumi various, especially bright flowers, from his flower shop, brightening up his gloomy coffee shop with his blooms. Megumi grumbles about this and takes the flowers away from the customers, but in reality, Fushiguro takes the flowers to the staff room, where there's already a whole bunch of different bright flowers, and places this pot next to all the others. He genuinely cares about the flowers Itadori brings him and tries to take good care of them so that they don't wilt quickly.

I REALLY LOVE YOUR AU SM ITS ADORABLE!! Especially Megumi’s kinda secret caring side! Like how you said he always acts annoyed when Yuji gives him flowers, but in secret he takes care of them real well and treasures them deeply!
