#last night i got drunk at a gig met this cute girl made out a bunch of times #then decided to just???? run away (not literally) without saying goodbye??????????#THEN i regretted it almost instantly went back to see if she was still there and she and her friends were gone #then walked home crying #because i was very drunk but also very stupid #still puttin the real shit in tumblr tags in 2019 lads

aw i just realised that something happened to the gifs/pictures on my blog so it looks shit and even though nobody uses tumblr anymore that makes me sad but i don’t have the energy to put new gifs up on it

that moment when you notice you’re starting to live up to the lesbian stereotype of only having male friends

#i miss having female friends though i need some girls in my life #also i particularly love being friends with gay girls and yes i do actually mean being JUST friends with them #my life was so much better when it was like a low-budget version of the l word

i went to truck festival last weekend and saw some longtime indie faves (foals, wolf alice, two door cinema club, mystery jets) and some modern punk heroes (idles, slaves, strange bones) and some really good bands with kinda stupid names (psychedelic porn crumpets, dead naked hippies, feet) and some bands i've sorta stalked in the past (yonaka, kagoule). i moshed a lot and am covered in bruises and it was pretty damn sweaty and very damn good

#p.s. this is not an exhaustive list #thought this was worth logging into tumblr for #cause i still live for all these bands #i just don't use the blog i once dedicated to them

2019 has been a year
