Dongui Bogam: a book about Korean traditional medicine, and there is a part of the book that discusses about blood vessel/flow. In this video, they joke around that Jin is 멬 커터 which translates as “vessel cutter” or “flow cutter”, meaning that Jin often says something that makes situation awkward and cut the flow of conversation. Yoongi is making a pun that Jin should read Dongui Bogam so he can understand the vessel/flow (of the conversation) better.
