HOW MOON AFFECTS HUMAN BODY

I was standing on a beach observing every wave approaching my feet. The agitated water trying to move closer to the shore was making subtle impressions on my mind. The moonlit sky and the breeze were calming. I knew the workings of heavenly bodies on living beings and specifically moon that governs our mind. The word lunatic derived from the word lunar clearly establish the relation between moon and the mind.
Human body is composed of fluids. The blood, the protective fluids around vital organs, the hormones and the enzymes are affected by gravitational pull of the moon in the same way as water in the ocean. The fluids experience the tides similar to spring, neap, high and low tides on surface of an ocean.
Moon affects us in following ways
Moon is responsible for variability in energy level, emotional state and intellectual level as moon wax and wanes during 29 day lunar cycle.
The new moon day and full moon day and a day before and after these days have a significant impact on individual health. The seventh and eighth day after new and full moon day also impact fluid balance in our body.
As a personal observation, I have seen severely ailing people passing away around full moon or new moon day.
Ancient civilizations followed lunar calendar considering the effect of each phase on human body. Rituals were developed to align human activity with each phase. However, these rituals vanished as human progressed into modern age. The modern age psychological problems are due to poor synchronization of our bodily vibrations with nature and planetary bodies like moon.
The following practices and precautions benefit our health on important lunar days
It is advisable to avoid workout on full moon and new moon day. The body is susceptible to injuries and cramps because of fluid imbalance.
Eat a low calorie vegan diet on full moon and new moon day. This will prevent indigestion, fluid retention, bloating and other forms of digestive impairment. Observe absolute fast during lunar eclipse.
Avoid arguments and verbal spats around full moon and new moon day. The emotional instability during these days can cause a lot of heartburn and anger.
Spend time in the open. Be out at night with minimal clothing and feel the cool light of moon on a full moon day.
Meditate and pray on a full moon day and new moon day.
Try to use pure silver glass for drinking water. Metals like silver have correlation with moon. Silver induce positive vibrations in water.
Purchase a lunar calendar and practice moderation in your lifestyle on fourth, eighth, eleventh and fourteenth day in a lunar cycle. A lunar cycle is movement of moon from new moon to full moon and vice versa in a 29.5 day lunar month.
Palms-Down Wrist Curl
Start out by placing a barbell on one side of a flat bench. Kneel down on both of your knees so that your body is facing the flat bench. Use your arms to grab the barbell with a pronated grip (palms down) and bring them up so that your forearms are resting against the flat bench. Your wrists should be hanging over the edge. Start out by curling your wrist upwards and exhaling. Slowly lower your wrists back down to the starting position while inhaling. Your forearms should be stationary as your wrist is the only movement needed to perform this exercise. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
