Al gol di Sebastian :â)
So I saw the first picture on my dash and could not be more repulsed/motivated. Â Repulsed because the ideologies in the first photo are wrong âyou donât destroy yourself to be happy. Â You improve yourself. Â Depriving your body and your soul of nutrients and fuel gets you nowhere. Â
Then, I was motivated to make the bottom picture. Â So many people have helped me become who I am today. Â I too, once used the top photo as âthinspirationâ. Â I then learned that harming yourself is not the answer to anything. Â If I learned anything from this process, itâs to remain true to myself. Â Feeding myself and fueling myself with positive thoughts got me as far as I am today. Â Not negativity or body shaming.
Been there done thatđ
