Although they met at the beginning of the summer, Tiny has no problem saying that he trusts Zig. Tiny isn’t usually one to trust many people but he could tell from the start that Zig was someone he could trust. He had a good vibe from Zig since the beginning and he already considers Zig to be his best friend.

As weird as it may sound, Vince. It’s not that Tiny doesn’t trust Vince completely, he just doesn’t trust Vince to always do the right thing. While Tiny personally does trust Vince because that’s his brother, he doesn’t trust Vince’s actions with others or promises that he won’t do something dangerous.

Tiny’s mother is a sore topic for him because he loves his mother but he isn’t really sure if his mother even cares about him. Vince took him in and kept Tiny away from his mother recently as she became a hardcore drug abuser and Vince didn’t want Tiny to be taken into the foster system. Tiny loves his mother and always will, despite the fact that she can’t even remember his name half of the time.

Vince Bell is Tiny’s one and only brother. While Vince’s reputation may steer others away, Tiny knows at heart Vince can be a good guy when he wants to be but that is almost never. Tiny is the only person that has ever seen a soft side to him and he takes that from the fact that he is Vince’s baby brother. But Vince has always been protective of Tiny even though he might not show it. With both of their parents gone, Vince had to take care of Tiny from a young age.

There isn’t really anyone specific but most of Vince’s friends fit into this category. He doesn’t like most of them because they’re always coming in and out of their place and doing illegal activities that keeps Tiny on edge. He only admires them for their carefree attitudes and wishes he could be more like them in the sense that they do whatever they want without caring about the consequences. Maybe if he was more like that, he would be more helpful to his brother.

As much as I love performing, clubs make it nearly impossible to play anything on the piano. Sticky keys and flimsy pedals don’t really work wonders for anybody. Zig’s anxiety was threatening to get the best of him. To keep his hands from trembling, he buried them in his pocket while he walked beside Tiny. Marijuana wasn’t a big deal to him; that wasn’t the issue here. Zig’s stance was that out of any drug a person could take, it was the least harmful. But there was an undeniable difference from consuming weed, and then dealing it. The latter had him jittery, paranoid that a police officer was trailing them or watching from afar. They were preposterous ideas. Zig was sure that drug deals happened every day in plain sight, and not everyone got caught for it. Tiny was with him and he hoped that he’d be able to pull it off with his help. There were few options for Zig otherwise. If he wanted to keep a roof over his head, he had to do his part in pitching in – however unconventional or scary it was.

“So you’ve never gotten caught doing this, right?” he asked Tiny for the umpteenth time, patting his pocket to make sure the bag was still there. He could all but feel it burning a hole through his jeans, reminding him that he was moments away from taking this huge risk. “I sound so paranoid, it’s pathetic, I know. You could probably do this with your eyes closed or in your sleep.” He turned around one more time to check out the area, and then forced his gaze ahead of him. “How am I going to know what guy it is?” he asked, keeping his voice low. There wasn’t a specific look to people who liked to buy pot, was there? Zig knew plenty of people, of all sorts, who enjoyed pot. It could be a girl for all he knew; the assumption that the person was male could have been wrong. He was over-thinking the situation and psyching himself out before he could even give it a shot. But Zig found it virtually impossible to feel any other way at the moment.

Tiny could sense the nervousness in his friend as they headed to their destination. The last thing Tiny wanted to do was drag someone else into his brother’s antics but he respected Vince too much to let him do all the dirty work alone. Without his parents around, Vince was the only person keeping Tiny from going into the foster system which is the last thing he wanted. It was for this reason why Tiny was so quick to take Zig in and why he felt for the boy so much. He knew the only way he could convince his brother to let Zig stay with them is if Zig helped out. Part of him had hoped Zig wouldn’t take the offer and avoid the risk but once Zig had accepted, Tiny knew there was no going back.

Tiny cracked a bit of a smile to try and ease Zig’s anxiety. “Come on, man. If you keep getting paranoid you’re going to get yourself caught, that’s the key. Just be cool.” Tiny had done this a hundred times over so it really didn’t phase him anymore when they had to do something like this. “A couple more times doing this with me and you’ll have it down. You’ll be telling us you can handle it on your own, trust me.” The questions didn’t annoy Tiny, he was used to first timers asking this many questions and he had come to expect it. “You’d be surprised how many people meet behind the school and no one is ever around here at night. You’ll get to know the people who buy, I’ve sold to this kid a few times. Plus you will usually talk to them before the deal goes down.”

Tiny: If I could get more of a tan I would have by now that's for sure. I'd be down for that. I also got a job for you tomorrow. I'll help you out with it don't worry.

Tiny: Listen, between that and a ratata every 2 feet I give up half of the time. We should check out one of those gyms tomorrow too.

Tiny: Bro! I don't think I've been outside as much in one day since I was a little kid. It hasn't crashed for me. Sometimes the severs don't seem to work though.
