the daughter of a rape victim, dawn was immediately sent away and tossed around from home to home. eventually, she was dumped in an orphanage after her moody and problematic outbreaks. there she met pj and they’d been inseparable ever since

dawn is someone with a lot of spunk. although all her life she’s had pj be there for her, dawn wants to prove she can make it on her own.

although she can be a bit of a daredevil, dawn truly cherishes the people she’s close to. unlike pj, dawn is more open to making new friends and although she still has trust issues, she seems to have an easier time letting new people in than pj.

some days, she’s got a lot of energy. on those days, you have to be in a certain mood to deal with dawn. she can be a total handful and occasionally it’s too much for others, but at the end of the day dawn’s just trying to make the most of the new life she’s found here at camp halfblood. things were never easy as an orphan nor on the streets

kiara’s a bit of try hard. she doesn’t like to accept defeat and she hates being proved wrong. sometimes she’ll argue to the end even if she’s wrong because she just doesn’t want to admit the other person’s right.

competitive and sporty like most nike kids, kiara is a huge fan of softball, volleyball, water polo among many other sports. she even has an interest in figure skating and whips out her skates whenever the icy months come around.

although she puts on a tough exterior most days, kiara has a very soft soul on the inside that she doesn’t like to expose much in fear of getting hurt. she prefers to seem levelheaded, stubborn and in control than to show anyone she’s really a big ol’ softy on the inside.

raised by a single mother, evan always had to help around the house from a young age. there were times where he behaved more like the adult than his own mother did because she suffers from depression and is an alcoholic ever since hephaestus left her.

unfortunately, one day he walked in on his mother after she had committed suicide. ever since then evan has been very shut off about anything personal.

he’s generally a very reserved and distant person, but around his half-siblings and some friends he allows himself to lighten up a bit. even so, he despises talking about what his home life had been like and instead distracts himself with the camp, training and, whenever he can, quests.

a bit of a ‘big brother’ figure, evan gets rather protective of most people but especially younger campers. he wants to shelter everyone from the terrible things in the world so nobody ever has to go through the pain and suffering he and his mother had dealt with.
