“gggghhhhhhhhh FINE!  BUT ONLY IF YOU PINKY PROMISE!”  She held out all four of her hands, wriggling her fingers playfully before sticking four pinkies straight up in the air, as if she were holding four cups of tea.  “CROSS YOUR HEART, HOPE TO DIE, TRICK ME AND I’LL EAT YOUR EYES!”

“Hm.” He hadn’t seen another Varimorph before and was curious as to what they looked like, the best example being Orendi which didn’t leave much room for his imagination. Golden eyes gave the small creature a once over figuring that they were also different in appearances, like their personalities. “Well, sometimes that’s needed for a species to survive, we can’t all live on magic and chaos like you do.” He clasps his hand together, finding some contentment as he gazed down at his golden talons. His people survived well with being somewhat approachable and diplomatic with the humans and other species. Granted not all Xantrophns heeded the words of other species or agreed but they were tolerable enough to make businesses boom and their cities grow. Too bad that was all a waste now.

“How do you know that?” She said, cocking her head to one side. The way he clasped his hands like that annoyed her; who did he think he was making declarations like that and acting like he knew so much that she didn’t. He wouldn’t know anything if he was a pile of ash, and he couldn’t keep up that stupid posture if he was on fire. “Have you ever tried it? Look how far I’ve gotten. Magic and chaos can’t go wrong if you’re in charge of it! HA! Just ask the LLC how playing polite works against magic. IT DOESN’T!”
