I am Fracture, mainly a multifandom artist, but I also share other illustrations and thoughts from time to time. I also want to believe that I bird spam, however I'm not living up to my reputation.
(!) Since I obviously can't filter every interaction, I don't have a crazy strict DNI. I want to be silly and share interests so please let's just keep it low. However, I won't tolerate hate towards any racial, religious etc etc groups (and anything else like pradator behaviour, abelists, anti-LGBT, zionists, proships... you know the drill).
🪐|| Below you'll read a bit about where I come from, my art and my interests.
•Origin:
I come from Cranii Rima, an art account on multiple social platforms. It is more of a silly collaboration between friends that started in 2024. The accout is shared between Bones🌱 and Fracture🪐. The goal is to share our interests and, perhaps, make a small career with our art :)

The main reason why I chose to make a personal account on Tumblr is because I thought people might find it useful to be able to differentiate me from the actual colab accounts. Why Tumblr? I want to believe that I am somewhat more protected from data collecting and reselling it to third parties and AI training than other platforms nowadays (no chance, I know, let me be delusional). I have also seen that people tend to be more "human" on Tumblr, if that makes sense. That said, I'm shit at using this site so please educate me regarding ethics in case I fuck up.
•Art:
My style orbits around mixed media. Most of the time I do my sketches using graphite or an ink pen then scan it and trasnfer it to a digital canvas where I can color it. However, I also like working with graphite and ink, ink and markers/highlighters.. graphite and highlighters.... Yeah you get the drill I like using more than one thing. It's fun it gives personality :) it also gives me a headache.
The main resources that I use for:
Traditional: B2, B, H2 graphite pencils (mostly a mechanic pencil with B2), anything between 160-300g paper (for dimensions I prefer A3, though I usually use A4 and A5 becuse it's easier to carry around), ink pens (from micron. I usually like having a thinner one and a thicker one), ink (I like using them as watercolor), highlighters (from pilot? I don't really have a preference here) and anything else that might offer me the liberty to draw.
Digital: CamScaner (a mobile app. I take a photo with my phone as perpendicular as I can with the paper and apply "no shadows" filter), Ibis Paint X (I use it's filter to remove the backround of my sketch and color. I color using my finger), FireAlpaca (Ocasionally I use it to draw silly things, but I never post them since they're pretty ugly. I have yet to find a brush or a style that I enjoy. I draw using a wacom tablet.)
•Intetests:
I'm not the shiniest star in the sky BUT I always take recommendations :> if you have any piece of media that you want to share with me, I'll gladly write it down. As for my current interests, I enjoy drawing, going out on walks, bird watching, cooking, baking and paper craft. Usually crafty things or even physical activities (I die after running 0.1 meters). Ocasionally I like researching the most obsucre topics, then forgetting about them and ultimately learning close to nothing.
Games that I'm currently into (in no particular order):
• Detroit: Become Human
• Assassin's Creed (ac1, ac2, brotherhood, revelations, ac3. My laptop can't handle anything beyond that and I want to play it myself)
• Deltarune (ch1)
• Hollow Knight
• Hollow knight: Silksong (I'm stuck at the fuckass birds and I'm too stubborn to go back)
• Reverse 1999 (ch 8 (?) I'm very behind)
• Gris
• Neva
• Cyberpunk 2077 (I know a lot about the world building, but not much about the plot. I want to play it myself when I can)
• Resident Evil (I don't know that much yet, but I like the world building and some characters. I have to lock in and watch gameplays with all the notes to understand the lore fully)
• Sky: Children of the Light (I haven't opened it since 2023 I think, but it's still dear to me)

(!) I may not know everything about these topics since I have yet to watch/play everything (Delays result from lack of time, skill issue or my poor aging laptop. I'll retire it next year I swear. I've said that for two years now).
(!) I've only listed games because I don't think I'll ever draw something particularly from a series/movie/show/podcast etc. Too many sweats, representing real people without digital icons as a filter scares me.
I'm having a stroke trying to understand krita I'm used to much simpler programs. Also I gotta change the shortcuts too I kept staring at my keyboard fighting muscle memory that kept trying to use my usual bindings 💔 I'll solve my skill issue soon-ish
I haven't played sky cotl in years, but I just had a random thought. Do you think spirits ask for candles and hearts and all that because they're trying to make themselves whole again? Like. Its wax. What else is wax/clay? Sky kids. Clay powered by magic flame. Spirits also kinda have a magic blue light that powers them. Maybe they could also form back trough enough wax?
That's why travelling spirits are so expenisve trust
Are they still considered expensive? I haven't opened the game since the map update thing
Now that I think about it, spirits might just use the wax from candles to form whatever cosmetic you asked for. But why not use it on themselves too hmmm
Is it more fun being a spirit? I bet, you can go trough things and teleport. I also think that you dont really need to maintain your body.. in any way. No? Maybe you only need to maintain the blue light how do you do that
They are very dear to me. Very family very silly it reminds me of my mom when she'd make me wear like three pairs of pants in winter

Whatever, as for this post I tried new things. It's been a while since I've done anything digitally, but I think this comic looks alright. I always cringe when doing comics I don't know why 💔 I'm doing exposure therapy right now. It's also the first time since forever that I tried to render properly... His eyes are too small. He looks like Sid from Ice Age. Mmmmm I forgot to watermark it's fine I'm too lazy to change it now. It won't be fed trough AI or stolen yeahhh I'm sure of it yes.. yes. Good thing I screenshot my progress and send it to my friends for juicy validation 🎊🎊

I have exactly one post that didn't necessarily blow up immediately but it kept getting likes over time and now it's my most liked post. I find it really funny and a tiny bit infuriating because when I get to check the notifications it's always that one 🐦 please people check out my account its great it's magnificent professional artworks and very thought provoking rambles trust
So I was talking with a friend and I mentioned that I've just watched a full gameplay trough of RE9. So. Fast forward somehow the conversation progressed and I shared two ss I took with paused gameplay somehow both of those screenshots having Leon's hair in very funky ways 😭 and my friend mentioned it looks like those shampoo/perfume comercials and I couldn't help myself.
Anyway we also came up with multiple perfume names (we tried to make it as cringe as possible I think "bathwater" is good enough)

Here is some really old character design I decided to sketch recently 🪐
So this originally was supposed to be for something but it slowly developed into my own concept thing. I never really thought about their lore thoroughly and I dont have their other sketches accessible right now 💔 shaw anyway this specific design is their "fallen" one. I dont have the pre-fall one on my phone 😭 it's in some random notebook stored away and probably long gone
So basically this is a God. I think I made them God of Prosperity/Fertility something like that. Basically bless thy soil for agricultural purposes✨ I suppose it could also be interpreted as prosperous life or whatever else but I thought about it specifically for blessing the ground and all. I also remember they were initially a worm and ascended from said form to what this is right now. There was also something about dandelions, something something when the worm died they were covered in dandelions brought by the wind.
I think I never finished their full story because I wanted to make it something funky, poetic ✨ but I never really gave myself the chance to. Maybe I will one day :)
Have I ever mentioned that one of my favourite mystical creature of all times happens to be the phoenix? Here is my interpretation of one
Those flying thingies around it's head so uh. I imagined them as an enabler for disaster. So the tail fire isnt much damage on itself but if the two dot thingies from the head hit eachother really hard and in contact with the tail then everything goes up in flames for a certain radius. Self defense mechanism idk. Or just a bird who enjoys arson
I am so sorry to all bird lovers I know its an abomination I just combined a peacock and a certain type of eagle 💔
