Lebowski's Commendations  The Big Lebowski, Joel and Ethan Coen  I felt like I needed to post at least one more Hoffman clip. I chose this one because Lebowski was one of the first Hoffman movies I saw. The next few movies I saw him in I would  recognize him as "the butler from Big Lebowski", but that was quickly erased. Looking back, I think his portrayal of Brandt shows just how great, and how versatile he was.

After a lackluster sequel, Hoffman helped put the M:I series back on track with a great performance in III. I remember seeing the trailer for this movie, after hating the second one, and knowing this would be different.
