Yandere Holland Lop hybrid!Felix x human!reader
(Yes, I know the name is going to be Ash for this. But this is really to help me right now. Sorry sweethearts)
It should rain later, so I need my umbrella.
You reminded yourself as you grabbed the umbrella, putting it in the side sleeve of the backpack. Your hand scanned over map, finger following the trail of where you would be hiking.
You turned around, making a sudden noise of surprise as a water bottle was knocked with your hand. Your body jumped, hands rushing out to grab it before any papers were ruined. Relief filled you as you noticed that the bottle of water had a cap on.
You picked up the bottle and put it in the other side sleeve. There were snacks the small pockets of the backpack, all your hiking necessities in the big pocket.
You checked your watch, knowing that you needed to leave soon to see the full beautiful scenery of the forest. You grabbed the keys, leaving the house and looking up at the sunny sky. Gray clouds were rolling in, telling you that needed to hurry.
The woods during ran has always fascinated you. You knew you had to go see it. It’s supposed to just be light rain, so you’ll be fine.
You put your backpack in the backseat, getting in the front and smiling to yourself.
You thought to yourself as the harmless rain turned out to be a storm. The rain itself felt like tiny knives striking into your skin it could reach, the wind catching your clothes and the branches around you.
A branch slapped you in the face and sent you harshly to the ground, your head hitting a rock. The umbrella slipped from your hands and the rain soaked your body. “Ow...”
You groaned as you sat up, holding your head. The sky was dark, you knew that the rain wasn’t stopping anytime soon.
The umbrella had been caught by the wind and you turned around to grab it, the handle just brushing by your fingertips. It got stuck in some branches and you ran to it, taking it out before the wind caught it again.
You turned to the sound, noticing a figure crouching in the bushes. Your first thought was to run when you took a closer look, noticing their position. To cause a threat or to hurt, but instead to hide, cowering.
Your heart broke at realizing that. Carefully, you made your way off. Not wanting any loud sounds to scare them off.
Felix curled up more, the hiding spot he found doing poorly to protect him from the rain. He was sitting in a puddle, trying to curl his body into the least wet area of this spot. His body shivered to the cold, dark hair sticking to his skin, and thin clothes becoming a second skin.
Suddenly, he stopped feeling the rain and looked up in confusion. There was an umbrella shielding him from the rain. His ears moved back, making his body shiver from the cold rain drops that fell from his ears to his skin.
He looked to the person holding the umbrella, his heart pausing for a couple beats. He’s never seen someone more beautiful than you, holding the umbrella above his head and letting the rain soak you to make sure he was out of it.
That’s all Felix could think as he stared at you. There was no other explanation. He had died and this beautiful angel was here to take him away from the cruelty. The kind smile you were showing him made his chest feel fuzzy.
You noticed the ears, feeling your heart break more of the possibilities of what could have happened. The wind was starting to pick up, making your grip tighten on the umbrella. You knew you needed to leave, but you were going to leave him all by himself.
“Come with me.” You said gently, holding out your free hand. Your voice... Beautiful. Felix crawled to you, your hand pulling the umbrella to make sure he had it over his head the whole time; protecting him. He would go anywhere that his angel would take him.
You were a bit surprised to see his taller frame, but didn’t let it deter you. Your body shivered at feeling his cold hand slip into yours and stood up; bringing him with you.
You started walking with him, wanting to get out of this storm before he gets sick. Luckily, you remembered how to get out. You were unaware of the dazed look that Felix was giving you, his mind hazy with only you.
You stopped by your car and opened the passenger door for him. He looked confused and you nudged him lightly. “Get in.”
He nodded, slipping into the seat and you closed the umbrella, putting it in the backseat with your backpack. You grabbed the snacks from the pockets and leaned forward, handing the snacks to him. “Here you go.”
He took the snacks, watching you wide eyes as you left the backseat and closing the door with getting into the front seat. It was hard for him to realize that this was real, you were so kind to him. Then he remembered. Angels are the nicest and most beautiful creatures there are, you are his angel.
You shivered, Felix noticing and scooting a bit closer to you. A small giggle came from you, Felix mentally cooing at the beautiful sound. “I’m cold right now buddy. I don’t want you to be cold either.”
You leaned over, turning on the heater. Your hands rubbed your arms a bit, waiting for the heating to start. Thunder crashed after lightning, making Felix jump in fear. Your heart clenched at the sight and you leaned over, your hand rubbing his soaked ears. “Shhh... It’s okay.”
Felix leaned into your touch, melting at the attention. The heat was starting to finally kicking in and you started driving, keeping one hand rubbing over his ears to keep him distracted from the thunder.
You had no idea how to take care of a hybrid, only remembering one from your childhood before you were moved from the house. But you knew that you couldn’t just leave him now. Especially not in this weather. And you could tell that he’s growing attached you, just by the way his eyes close and his body leaning for your affection.
When you got back to your apartment, you felt bed as you opened the door to the small space. You felt as if he deserved better to he cramped up, but Felix felt like he was in heaven. A place that smelled and radiated like you, he loved it.
“Come here.” You called him to the bathroom where his cotton tail moved, happily listening to your voice as he walked to you. He was a bit taller, so you made him lean down as you took the towel to dry his hair. His eyes closed as he started going lax at the feeling, keening when you were gently with his ears. He leaned his head closer to you, taking in your wonderful scent; getting addicted on it.
You giggled as his head gently but your shoulder as he was entranced with your scent. When his hair wasn’t sopping wet, you lifted the towel off of his face and felt your breath pause a bit at how close he was, how beautiful he was. A constellation of freckles across his cheeks, soft brown eyes looking at you adoringly.
“Here.” You looked away quickly, mentioning to the tub. “There’s warm water in here.”
You sat on the lid of the toilet seat, looking away respectfully as you heard the soaked shirt peeling off of his skin. “Keep your boxers on.”
You said quietly and you soon felt his cold touch on your shoulder, sending goosebumps on your skin. Felix looked at you adoringly, his heart beating faster at staring at you. My angel...
He sat down in the water, sighing in happiness at the temperature. You smiled in relief, glad you got the right temperature. Carefully, you grabbed shampoo and gently started scrubbing in into his hair. Felix sat up straighter in shock and you pulled your hands back in shock. “Did I hurt you?”
You asked worriedly and Felix shook his head. He leaned to you and you giggled as you caught him. “Easy there.”
You started scrubbing his hair again to get the dirty and grime out. You made sure to be carefully with his ears, not wanting to hurt them. Felix melted in your touch, his heart beating faster at the grooming. Rabbits show their affection by grooming, that’s what made Felix fall more in love with you.
You were careful when rising the shampoo out, not wanting the water to go in his ears. Felix let his head slump back at feeling your hands run through his hair, his teeth grinding in response.
“There you go.” You said when you were done, making Felix open his eyes. He looked back at you, your eyes trailing over his chest. Small cuts and scrapes across his skin. “Clean up, okay? I’ll take care of those when you get out.”
You stood up and Felix freaked out, he didn’t want you to go anywhere. His hand grabbed your wrist and he pulled you back. You were a bit surprised of the force he had, your body falling in the tub with a small splash and his hands cradling your head so you didn’t hit the tile wall.
“Hey, what-“ You words died out in your throat as you felt shampoo being scrubbed into your hair. Felix hummed, your eyes looking up at his focused face. He wanted to return the affection you gave him. His eyes widened when he felt the place where you had hit the rock after you fell. “You’re hurt.”
“I’m fine.” You said, noticing the panic in his eyes. He dipped his hand into the water, rising the shampoo off his hand and placing the wet hand on your cheek. “Why is it red?”
“A branch slapped me during the storm. It’s not a big deal-“
“It is too!” Felix whined. His thumb moved over the red spot and you let your head fall back into the water to rinse off the shampoo. “I could have done that.”
Felix pouted when you sat up. You giggled, your hand running through his hair. “I have to go get something for you to wear. Okay?”
“Will you be back?” Felix asked softly, playing with the water. Your heart broke at hearing how vulnerable he was in his voice, it made you wonder what happened to him. “Of course I will.”
You promised him as you got out of the tub, grabbing one of the towels on the way. Felix watched you leave, wanting you back immediately.
You had no idea what to give him to wear. There were a couple of things that your brother had left when he stayed over. It would have to work until you could go shopping tomorrow for him.
That’s when you realized. You had no idea what his name was. You were curious to know what is.
The wet clothes stuck to you, the blowing air from the vents not helping your situation. You finally got dressed, drying off and getting dressed into a tank top with shorts.
You put the clothes in the washer, leaving to go back to the bathroom. “You were gone a long time.”
Abandonment issues... You recognized immediately, wondering who would ever want to abandoned him. “Here are some clothes for you. We can go shopping tomorrow for you, okay?”
Felix got out of the tub, soaking the floor. You placed the clothes on the sink and grabbed a towel, wrapping it around his shoulders. His head leaned down to you, silently asking you to dry his hair again. You giggled a bit, tightening the hold on the towel, “Hold that there.”
Then you grabbed the towel that you had dried off with, starting to dry his hair with. Felix almost dropped to the floor at the sudden flood of your scent. He knew he drooled, just a tiny bit. But it was the best thing he’s ever smelt.
“There you go.” You said once his hair was dry. You lifted the towel from his head, looking at his soft brown eyes and smiled. Now you had to know. “What’s your name?”
“Felix, it fits you. I’m Ash.” Felix repeated your name in his head, making him smile. You mentioned to the clothes and patted the small stack. “I’ll go make us something to eat, okay? You get dressed.”
Felix pouted as you left, looking at the clothes. He didn’t like the smell of them, they didn’t smell like you. Once he was dressed, he left to find you.
You jumped at feeling arms wrap around you, looking back to see Felix. This clingy type of behavior was definitely going to get some time to get used to. His head placed in your neck, teeth nipping lightly.
You let him do his thing, just continuing to cook. Felix never let go of you, not even when the food was done. “Felix.”
“You have to let go of me, you gotta eat.”
“No.” He whined, tightening his arms around you. You sighed, reaching back and petting his ears. The action making him melt more against you. “Okay sweetie, let’s go eat together.”
He felt like putty. Just hearing you call him sweetheart... You walked with two boys of soup, a bit hard because of the taller rabbit hanging on you. “Felix, let go for a second.”
“You can hold me in a second.” Felix pouted as he let go of you. You sat down on the couch and opened your arm after you placed the soup on the coffee table. Felix immediately crawled into your side, nuzzling his head into the skin while his arms wrapped around you.
“Eat, I’m not going anywhere.” Felix sat up, carefully taking the bowl. He was still scared that he was going to lose you, so his eyes kept moving to watch you. You were calmly eating, enjoying the warmth the soup provides.
It calmed Felix to see you calm, going to eat too. You almost laughed when you saw him get droop eyed after finishing the soup. “Tired Felix?”
He nodded. You stood up, his hand grasping yours. “Don’t leave.”
“I’m putting up the dishes.” You soothed him, running a hand over his ears. After he heard the dishes clatter together, he walked over to you and wrap his arms around your waist. “Let’s go to bed.”
“Okay. I’m gonna grab the spare blankets and head to the couch, so you can have the bed.”
“No.” Felix whined, he wanted to be with him. At all times. He wanted you to skeeep with him. “Stay with me.”
“Are you sure Felix? I don’t want to make you uncomfort-“
“No! I want you to stay!” Felix said with a whine, pawing at your clothes. A small giggle came from you and soothed the big baby down. “It’s okay sweetheart, I’ll stay with you.”
You pulled Felix to your room and crawled into bed. Felix didn’t waste any time to slid under the blankets when you offered them, his arms wrapping around you. “Are you comfortable Felix?”
You asked concerned, only getting a half sleepy yes in return. A small smile pulled at your lips as Felix was just about asleep. He noticed you fell asleep first, his lips pulled into a smirk.
