Bahorel tried very hard to get her students to follow her fucking rules, but occasionally, they were fucking idiots. To no one’s surprise. Ever. Lo and behold, she was teaching throws and landed on her back on someone’s earring that they forgot to not have on their bodies lest they fall out on the mat and leave a big gash in Bahorel’s back where she couldn’t fucking reach. She flitted in between Combeferre and Joly when she needed to be patched up, but she knew how much it upset Joly and an earring? She knew it would set Joly on edge and Bahorel didn’t want to put her friend through all that. At Ferre’s familiar smile, she relaxed. “Sort of,” she admitted, slipping her oversized sweatshirt off her shoulder to reveal the bleeding on her back. “I can’t reach?”
Combeferre pulled her closer lightly to inspect the wound. He was the point in their friendship of overeacting whenever Bahorel was wounded, it happened now too often to surprise Ferre anymore. He still cared deeply maybe even more then when he fretted over her but he was able to do more for her being level headed then he could acting like her mom. “Do I want to know what happened?” He said monotone only half serious, it was like his catchphrase with the all the Amis. “Come on in. Have you had dinner yet?” He said as he opened the door to his small apartment.
