Fat Bat AU is the best because Isfet is pretty much a terrifying Boss-level vampire (and I believe the most OP version of Isfet in any au to date) to the point of the Legion desperately wanting him to join and the NCR being terrified of him…
and then he winds up as surly bat stuck in the Lucky 38. Forced to endure Layla petting him and bathing him when he gets dusty.

on side note: Layla has actually hidden a vampire in her hair multiple times in the vampire AU where Isfet gets stuck as a bat for a while.
