The earthy curling guitars that invite us into Anyway resonate with heartfelt warmth. The robust crunching indie rock song is a brilliant manner for YØUTH to kick off 2017. Anyway brings me back to my favorite 90′s post-grunge anthems, like The Verve Pipe’s The Freshmen, for one. Self reflection blooms aplenty on the angst ridden, emo inflected tune from this rising Nashville star, who’s about to open for Dashboard Confessional at a sold out show back at home.
