If Tsuki is using the "kawaii culture" from Japan and profitting off of it, what is about artist using those same things for profit? Is that as bad? I'm not trying to defend pdp and marzia, I just really don't understand where the line is drawn. Shouldn't the anime and manga style be forbidden too for people in the, since it is using part of their culture for profit? And I don't care for how much profit, it shouldn't make a difference

They are not profiting from an entire culture. Their logo is the kanji for moon with a smiley face. And I'm sorry but if you say using a kanji and a Japanese name is stealing, i advice you to grow up and get outside for a bit

The brand is called Tsuki, which the website itself informs you it means moon in Japanese. A lot of the designs are cartoons based on “kawaii” designs. You can’t deny they’re taking a Japanese concept and making it the main focal point of their brand.

I don't think Tsuki is stealing from anything. All it is is a small Kanji with a smiley face. Otherwise it's just normal unisex clothing and the space collection is not Japanese at all. What are they stealing from there, Nasa? It's just nitpicking at this point. (Not to mention they also did a pyjama collab with gilato and the things looked pretty standard). So maybe inform yourself about the different collections they have had before making these claims

It’s really weird Felix and Marzia have a brand that just steals from Japanese kawaii culture. Borrowing from it for certain items would be fine but it’s really the whole brand.
