simple LED Driver

Capacitor impedance : capacitance 가 작아질 수록 capacitive reactance가 커져 임피던스가 커진다. 임피던가 커지면 오움의 법칙에 따라 전류량이 적어진다.

220V에서 LED에 걸린 전압의 나머지가 C1에 걸린다.

로드(LED) 걸리는 전압은 C1 과 R1에서 전류가 constant 하다면 일정해진다.

테스트 한것 중에는 100uF 제일 전류가 적게 흐르고 전압도 34V로 내려간다.

4.7uF electrolytic capacitor는 전류도 179mA 까지 올라가고 전압도 41V까지 올라간다. Capacitor에 열이 발생해서 사용할 수 없다.

The voltage at the load will remain constant so long as current out (IOUT) is less than or equal to current in (IIN). IIN is limited by R1 and the reactance of C1.

R1 limits inrush current. The value of R1 is chosen so that it does not dissipate too much power, yet is large enough to limit inrush current.
