Hey Sheryll, I was just kinda wondering why it is that you don't seem very active in the fandom anymore? You used to be really active on twitter and even on this blog and now it kinda feels like you just stopped loving them as much. It's not just you though, a lot of the other people in the fandom also seem to have faded away over time --
Well honestly, how many people do you know who are still as active as they used to be in the fandom? Is the fandom even a thing anymore? Most blogs have been left abandoned and most twitter accounts have changed their usernames and twitcons. There was no formal announcement of course, but until there is, no one is gonna know what actually happened to ytf. You can’t really blame people for wanting to move on (though if most of them are like me, they’d be sure to welcome ytf with open arms should they ever decide to make a comeback). I miss the days when we’d talk to MM and trend things for them and change all our twitcons on YTF Day. We were a small but very dedicated fandom that I loved being a part of. And besides, not everyone faded away, I still know lots of accounts who are still every bit as active as they used to be. And there are still loads of things we have to celebrate about! I mean who would ever have thought that Victor would be as active on social media as he is now? I guess the best we can do is to hope that we do get some kind of confirmation or announcement someday about the current status of ytf.
