"Aww!   Hi   little   miss!"   Celine   beamed,   giving   the   girl   a   friendly   smile   (she   simply   adored   children)

"I've   never   seen   you   here   before!   Is   this   your   first   time   in   Mistria?"

WHAT A PRETTY TOWN THIS WAS! Filled with understandably curious yet friendly faces, as far as the eye could see. Her exploration would eventually lead her to a beautiful fountain, where she would take a moment to rest her tired legs. And as she would glance down towards her reflection in the gentle rippling waters, she would notice someone approaching her from behind to greet her.

"Oh- howdy!" Itsuki would readily chirrup back as she turned to face her, braids bouncing as she now directed her attention towards the pretty sis with a smile on her own face, "Sure am! Y'all gotta BEAUT of a town 'ere, sis!"

I missed the times when I use to play around with Itsuki’s accent a lot more, as well as have her misunderstand what others say.

When someone told her to piss off one time, she was wondering what the heck a “peace oof” was.

Miss Kagan prides herself in the creation of the one she affectionately dubbed Reaper. A system of efficiency, a weapon of brutal, but controlled destruction. For all intents and purposes, he is fit and able, the best choice when you desire for a mission to be straightforward...

So why, oh why did the very same thing designed for efficiency divert from the mission at hand to aid what he assumed was a young girl in danger? Sneakily does the robot climb up the wall to the ceiling, carving up the enemies nearby before reaching @yukikorogashi , standing upside-down.

"Reap, we're on the clock, we have to go back soon," he nods to those words in his head, the voice of his organic. But he turns to look at the girl.

"Hostile unit count: zero. Unknown potential friendly target ID status: alive." If he could show an expression, surely it would be full of satisfaction. His head tilts from its inverted position. "This unit offers apologies, it has not been to the car-wash yet. Query: does the organic require assistance this unit could provide?"

THE YOUNG ONE could only gaze up towards him in trembling awe, not having expected such a being to save her at that very moment. And with the warm splatter of blood now staining her cheek and a part of her clothing, Itsuki was definitely thankful then that the mechanical being appeared to be on her side.

"E-Errm... it's okie?" Itsuki would need a moment to register what he had just said (A car wash? Whatever wash that is, being clean certainly didn't matter to her-- during a situation such as this), eventually able to catch some of it, "Ya mean me?" She would then point towards herself, blinking as he simply addressed her as 'The Organic'. This was all pretty surreal to her, and him hanging upside-down before her only made it all the more so, "E-Errm... yeah, c-can ya get me oughta 'ere? Get me somewhere safer?"

It's been so much harder to write out my thoughts as of late, it's for that reason that most things I post are super short nowadays, both IC and OOC.

I am not fully back here, and I doubt I ever will be. But I still really wanted to write a little again, and ofc connect with you guys again. Even with everything just being such a struggle lately for me.

Things just aren't good for me. Financial-wise, family-wise, physical and mental health wise... everything. And I ended up relapsing these past months, with very little to aid me in my recovery. I felt like I've been fighting for my life, both online and offline. And so I had to make a choice, by staying off here for a tiny bit. (Especially after the stalking and anon hate that was occurring across several of my blogs at the time). While I focused on what was pretty much more important, surviving offline.

But I hope someday things will finally improve, and hopefully soon... a day when I won't have to keep worrying about being losing my home or not being able to afford food.

It's just insanely hard, when that voice is stronger than ever too. That voice that screams "Fuck you, no one ever wanted you around, anyway." It was said to me some years ago, and it has admittedly come back to haunt me recently. I try so hard to ignore it, but I still hear it... every single day. And even now, I still hear it.

I'm still trying, I really am...

But yeah, thank you for your patience and understanding, thank you for sticking around. This mess of a human being appreciates you, even if she struggles to express it properly these days.

"You BET ah am!" This gal was always down for hanging out downtown, especially after a long day at school! "An' don't fergit-- ya promised ta share some-a yer BEAUTY SECRETS wit' meeee~!"

"Don't listen to them. Even the smallest person can defeat the tallest opponent. You simply need to know how they function." [ fuchi to itsuki ! ]

THINGS HAVE TRULY CHANGED, from the moment they stepped foot upon this island. Where a blade had once been held to the back of her neck, so would it now be wielded alongside her against the dangerous beings that inhabited this place. With any surviving criminals and executioners now working together to escape this hell-- for the most part.

And while things have pretty much taken a turn for the worst-- a part of her still wasn't necessarily certain. Not after what had happened back at home. Not after EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that she had lost, thanks to the ACCURSED TOKUGAWA. Should she by some miracle return back with the others... where could she even go? Her HOME was now gone, there was nothing for her back in the North... And would they even allow her to live, despite these hopeful Asaemon saying so then?

It was just one nightmare being exchanged for another in her eyes... with there seemingly being no way out of either.

She wasn't sure how much time had passed, how many days had gone by. But it was during one night where she and the others would finally find a place to rest. While feeling somewhat safe, Itsuki would find herself hugging her knees and pouting down towards the fire that they had managed to set up. For while they were all pretty much allies at this point in time, some of the other criminals have not been necessarily kind... particularly that one super scarred up bro.

For despite having survived up to this point, she was once again underestimated by others due to her age and especially her size.

"... function, bro?"

Itsuki's attention was now fully upon @starchxsn, who had kindly chosen to keep her company then at their campfire. Admittedly, Itsuki knew that she wasn't as skilled or as tactical as any of her companions. And so perhaps she could actually learn something then to better herself! And be more useful for when a solid escape plan was drafted, for that matter.

WITH A SOFT GIGGLE, an easy smile would light up the young leader's features. For even without knowing of its blessed origins, its appearance alone has always caught the attention of most folks. And while handling it with surprising ease for one of her size and build, it was still made pretty clear then that the weapon was actually heavier than it looked. Especially with the amount of snow that it would wound up dredging up, when she had simply shifted it to rest by her side then.

"Well, thank ya kindly, bro~" Itsuki would offer with a playful little salute, "An' ah like..." Looking @candidated properly over, Itsuki's gaze would flick itself back up to his features. That smile disappearing for a moment (Only to hum and furrow her brows in thought), before returning even brighter than before. All too ready now to give a compliment of her own back to the bro himself, "Yer hair!"
