Yo, this is very difficult and complicated, but you can navigate like I did. My family is very traditional (Chinese) and believe me, it was a dead end when I stood where you stood, but it never is. I came out as gay at the age of 16 and trans just in January. Believe it or not. My parents who could have beaten me countless times if they had the chance. Now asks me whether or not they can cover my testosterone costs under their insurance. People are not stagnant. Be brave, be smart, be safe, and be hopeful.
