even taking care of isak when he’s sick would include:
even buying 4nkr chicken soup for over 100nkr that he puts on isak’s shelf, so that whenever isak even as much as mentions that he’s getting kinda hungry, or if it’s just been a little too long without him eating anything, even will always be ready to make some hot soup for his boyfriend.
isak telling even that he refuses to kiss him at the moment, since he’s still very contagious and doesn’t want even to get what he has. but after just a couple of seconds even has persuaded isak into kissing him anyways, and that’s basically all they do for the next hour. and just a couple of days later, even is the one throwing up while isak stands next to him in the bathroom(”i told you this would happen, didn’t i?”)
them both laying in bed watching movies that even gets to pick, and even complaining about isak coughing just when the best lines are being said. but then again, even didn’t really pay attention to the movie in the first place, since he was too busy admiring isak, leaving soft kisses all over his face, and brushing his sweaty hair with his fingers.
when isak is barely able to do anything other than just lay wrapped up in evens arms and feel bad for himself, even puts on some really calm music and they both just lay there for several hours, looking up at the ceiling and not saying a word, just listening.
meanwhile isak is sleeping in the living room, with him on one couch and linn on the other, even leaves to do some shopping. he buys more chicken soup, lots and lots of fruit, some candy and a box of chocolate hearts. and when he comes back, he’s more than pleased to see isak sitting up, watching marvel with linn. and when isak finds out what even got for him, he turns all red and can’t resist kissing him and telling him how much he loves him.
even knows how important it is for isak to get his sleep when he’s sick, so he never wakes him up, ever. not even when they’re laying on the couch and isak is laying on evens arm, with his one knee pressing up against evens stomach, and basically evens whole body is in a really painful and uncomfortable position. but even never moves as much as a finger, in fear of isak waking up. and so when isak does wakes up, three hours later, evens whole body is aching. but at least isak got his sleep.
eskild getting what isak has after only a day or two, and during the whole time he complains about how he has no one to kiss him, make food for him, hold him, or just generally take care of him when he’s sick. which all ends in even going down to the store to buy another box of chocolate hearts, for eskild. just so that he’ll stop complaining.
even doing isaks homework for him, so he won’t be too far behind when he gets back
isak being covered in blankets, but still maneges to freeze his ass off because of the fever. so even lends him one of his warmest shirts and pulls him closer and softly drags his fingers across his cheeks and hair and kisses him gently all over his face and neck
them taking really slow, short walks around the block, since isak insists he needs to get out of the house and get some fresh air. but the only condition is that even gets do dress isak up in all the sweaters, mittens and scarfs he can find. since it’s still freezing outside.
when isak is feeling better, they spend their days playing quiet card games in the kitchen and watching movies that neither of them pays any attention to whatsoever, since they’re way too busy making out.
