it’s for sure a tonal change but honestly I rock way more with DAV seeming to have an understanding of where they want to go with an artistic vision rather than trying to imitate any of the other games. like, if it bombs and the game sucks, I’ll eat my words, but overall Im here for a game that understands the kind of vibe it wants to go for. irreverent, as DA games have always been; vibrant, magicked up, and entirely different to the atmosphere of orlais & ferelden & the free marches. like, if they have a vision, then I want to see where it’s going
