°.• spend time outside! Lay on a blanket and look through the grass for bugs! The longer you wait, the more you'll see 🐞

°.• make a snack tray of veggies and fruit! Strawberries, celery, carrots, and cucumbers are all healthy examples of bunny snacks!🥕

°.• naptime! Bunnies take lots of naps to keep their energy up. Little bunnies get grumpy if they don't get their naps! 💤

°.• clean your room! I know that sounds boring, but it's gotta be done! Bunnies always make sure their nests are clear of dirt and other messes 🧹

°.• bunnies have thick, soft fur. You can wear soft and fuzzy jammies! 🧦

•.° if you have a trampoline, you can jump to get energy out! If not, you can do stretches! Bunnies look sooo cute when they stretch! 🐇

I know things can feel so scary, especially when you're regressed, little one

Don't ever feel ashamed or weak for having big feelings

The bigger the feelings, the bigger your heart is

The truth is, the world doesn't like to be soft

That's why we have to make an effort to be soft to each other and ourselves :)

Take time to do little things that make you feel better

Give someone a compliment, brush your teeth, eat some healthy snacks!

Something that always helps me is taking a short walk. Try to keep track of all the animals you see, count the kitties and birds if you can!

Maybe you'll make a new furry friend :)
