Hi, I’m Allison Leahy.
A community and customer service operations leader by trade, I have over fifteen years of experience in the technology, media/entertainment, and health/wellness industries. I'm passionate about building strong consumer-brand relationships and products that engage users in a compelling way.
When I’m not collaborating with colleagues to design a fulfilling customer experience for Spotify listeners, I’m enjoying the great outdoors, trying to unlock some new athletic achievement, reading a book, or preparing vegetables for a simple meal.
Other passions include futurism, open source culture, collaborative consumption, slow food, climate action and social justice. I also enjoy home decorating and practicing yoga, balance, love, and compassion.
