HELLO THANK YOU FOR ASKING BECAUSE IVE WANTED TO TALK ABOUT IT FOREVER.

i’m still getting through the comics rn and haven’t watched/played the eidos game yet so currently i only have the mcu as a base.

That being said my favorite rocket moment is this specific sequence from gotg vol 2

i don’t hear enough people talking about rockets physical strength and i think they should. like yes he is smart but also talk about how strong he is too sometimes.

Not enough people appreciate how freakin' TOUGH that little guy is!!!

In the first movie, he also tanks a point blank blast from Ronan's hammer, and Ronan's hammer was powerful enough to almost knock the rest of the guardians fully unconscious from a solid distance!!!

Rocket got up IMMEDIATELY and started FIXIN' A GUN!!! that boy is heccin' STURDY

Not to mention the fact he can canonically bite through metal. I like to headcanon he's at least competing for physically strongest guardian, but is held back solely by size

The whole Southern Nights sequence solidified for me as a kid that Rocket was my favorite, it is it makes him come across as so cool and badass, and when you compare it to how Quill, Gamora, Drax, and Groot handle things, it really puts into perspective that Rocket is easily the most dangerous Guardian. Imagine if those traps weren't built to just make people unconscious.
