Things that every DT Trainee Can Relate To
1. You begin your day with black coffee to keep you busy until your feeding window starts
2. You have less than an hour left before your feeding window starts
3. You have a perfectly weighed meal that you planned your day around and your friend/husband/wife/co-worker wants a bite of it
4. Your friends want to eat out so you have to do this with your day
5. You eyeball your protein and then weigh it and find out that you nailed it
6. Your first or last resort to nailing protein is by buying a rotisserie chicken for yourself
7. TFW you realize you didn’t have any free fibrous veggies with your meal
8. When someone asks you how you lost weight by eating all that food
9. And yet their face is still
